Ben Franklin Bridge Running Tour

Had a great time on my running tour of the Ben Franklin bridge with Amelia! She was very knowledgeable about the area and it's history. I also like the format of the tour. We did a nice warm up and then it was intervals of running with breaks for viewpoints and exercises/stretches.
