This was so interesting and convenient! I loved all the info the driver shared! I wish I had started earlier so I could stop and explore more places. It would be better if the trolleys came more frequently and ran later in the day. Otherwise a great way to see the city!

We waited an hour at one spot and no trolley came! Tried to call and no answer and no answer on text. Terrible customer service and no information! We had to uber to Waikiki to try and find a trolley!!

You wait at least an hour in between buses at each stop that is a good way to get around to see the city and learn about it.

The only thing that gave us an issue was finding where the trolley picked us up at each place. We originally went to Ala Moana Park, but couldn’t find where the trolley stopped so we ended up running and catching it at the Ala Moana Mall. Some signage would be nice unless it was there and we missed it.

Booked this on our first day on the island, Red shuttle was 45 min late to first stop. Staff was very friendly, and guide on trolley was knowledgeable. It was a great way to see the island, but felt uncomfortable getting off at stops after how late the first trolley was. The green, blue, and pink lines seemed to run much smoother. If considering those I would recommend, but wouldn't recommend red line if looking for something to see the sights.

I appreciated the interesting information with each building/monument. We typically get lost in drinks, food, and shopping, we forget to soak up some history.

No seats on trolley, had to stand for over an hour, it was oversold. China town is run down and we could hardly wait to get away, same problem, no seats! Then had to get on pink to get to our hotel!

The Red Line hop on hop off is a total WASTE of time and money. Use the City Bus at $3.00 with transfers all day long and whole Island. Shannon the driver was very condescending. There are few if any signs indicating stops or pickups. Standing room only. STAY FAR AWAY from this.

Not bad, but I felt it was a high price for just a bus ride around the town. Still cheaper than taxis and the local bus would harder to navigate the city if you don't understand how it works.
Best part is the first half where you travel up the the far away places outside of the city center. Commentary was ok.

We did the red line, and found a rep waiting at the meeting bus stop to help tourists out. The buses were very punctual, and the drivers had a lot of interesting information a we drove from place to place. Nice, open air rides for an enjoyable day.

If you r also taking Pearl Harbor tour this can be a repeat, but driver was a great guide with much info about Oahu and Hawaii, back of trolley van be noisy due to motor sit up front

Great tour. Turk was awesome. Do much fun. We did stop in china town, the food was great but a bit of a rough . Turk was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun.

This trip takes about 2 hours unless you get off and stay an hour at some stops. The museum of Art is closed on Monday and Tuesday

Chico delivered the tour magnificently with the pronunciation of the Hawaiian names…..were they all true pronunciations or did he just make up most of them? Bus was too crowded. Could not see the other side of bus tours. Reposition seats across for better views. Limit riders. Way too crowded.

All of it especially the aloha tower, the legends statue and scenic view that road goes to pacific memorial. Big Tony narrated well the historical of the legends.

We waited an hour, and then it passed us up because it was too crowded. We then waited another hour, and there was standing room only. My mom was recovering from surgery and had to stand for the first half hour of the ride until someone was gracious enough to give her a seat, I would not recommend this tour. It wasn’t worth the money!

Excellent introduction to Honolulu, Waikiki and adjacent areas. Our guide, Chico, was very knowledgeable. He was very accommodating and offered to take our pictures. I guess depending on traffic, our tour lasted 2 hours. Time and money well spent!

Not well organized — long wait for start time and no benches. You need to rethink how to accommodate Senior citizens, or start your tours on time.

Our tour guide Kie was wonderful. He was right on time and shared what would be happening on the tour. He told us exactly what we needed to do while at the Arizona memorial. This was very helpful as we were able to do everything within time frame. The visit to the Missouri went very well to because of Kie’s suggestions. We loved that Kie shared different things about Honolulu as we continued on the tour. We would not change anything about the tour. It met our expectations and more. Bill & Ginny Kruschel
