Overview
Set sail with “the original shark boat crew” and learn skills passed down through generations to interact responsibly and safely with sharks and other marine life. Swim and snorkel with native sharks on Oahu’s North Shore. Look out for White Tipped Reef Sharks, Scalloped Hammerhead Sharks, Tiger Sharks, Galapagos Sharks, Gray Reef Sharks, and Sandbar Sharks, and learn about the local culture of respect for native animals and the natural environment.

- A minimum of 3 people per trip is required for any trip. If you are booking as a single passenger, we will contact you if the minimum trip requirements are not met.

Great experience. Really enjoyed the trip. Crew was friendly and made trip especially enjoyable. Typically 3-4 Galapagos sharks around us with as many as 6. Felt safe at all times. Beautiful clear blue water. Safety divers took pictures and videos of us and sharks and sent them to us at the end of the trip. Really nice bonus. Highly recommend Islandview Hawaii.

I can’t say enough great things about this tour. The boat crew was fantastic. They made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. The sharks are so beautiful and graceful. Pictures and videos were shared with us electronically before we left the boat (and were included at no extra cost). I was with 3 young adults (late teens and early 20’s) and we did adventure activities all week - this tour was everyone’s favorite. 10/10 - we will absolutely book this tour again on future visits to Oahu!

Definitely book with this company! The crew was great! Our boys, 14 and 16 loved it! The crew takes tons of pictures and airdrops them to you right after your trip.

This was a really cool experience. The staff was very laid back and helpful. The ride over was very rough and by the time we moored I was very seasick. That didn't really change, but swimming with the sharks below us was amazing. Just FYI, you can't take your camera in the water, but the crew takes amazing photos and airdrops them to you for free. I would highly recommend Islandview Hawaii for this tour.

This was the most chill yet exciting experience. Islandview Hawaii is 10/10 and would recommend them all day long! The crew was great. Very relaxed vibe. There were 3 sharks swimming around our group and it was a phenomenal experience! Great way to start a Sunday morning.

Perfect way to end a holiday in Hawaii. Crew was very nice and took good care of us. Sharks were there and seemed curious. It was so cool to swim with them. Everyone got some photo/video evidence to take home.

I went with my 19 and 13 year old daughters and we never felt unsafe. They'll take care of photos and videos while your in the water and either airdrop or send you a link to download at the end of the tour. It was absolutely fantastic.

LOVED this! If you are concerned about swimming, don't be! Two people on my boat could not swim. If you are concerned that you can't snorkel, don't be! Four people on my boat had never snorkeled before. This was an incredible experience. We saw four sharks and you will be amazed!

My family really enjoyed this shark snorkeling trip. Everything went very smoothly from booking to the boat trip and shark dive. We swam with up to 7 sharks, it was a magical experience. I felt very comfortable and confident with the crew, they took great care of us.

One of the most exhilarating experiences imaginable. The crew took such great care and at no time was I ever nervous or afraid. Enjoyed it so much we booked the excursion again the following day. Lots of sharks mostly Galapagos sharks. The crew took pics and videos and gave them to everyone at no cost. I would highly recommend this excursion to one and all.

Me and my sister decided to do this for our birthday and it was so fun! Highly recommend doing this even if you’re wary of sharks, they were so cool and chill and the crew were lovely and welcoming too, very down to earth and made sure you felt safe. If you’re ever in Honolulu definitely give it a go!

This was a really cool and relaxing experience. The only scary part for me was wearing a snorkel and fins for the first time. Even with my inexperience, I felt totally safe. The guides were super kind, fun people. The sharks were just chilling, kind of viewing us as much as we were them. 10/10 recommend. I might even go back this week once I practice with a snorkel and fins some more 😄 Mahalo, Island View!

Memorable experience. The divers- Brax, Ray, and Sam were the funniest, most chill, yet helpful and knowledgeable crew. They made us very comfortable with everyone onboard and also being in the water with sharks. We were so glad we booked with them and they took great photos, which were free unlike other packages.

I had such a good time with these guys. Super laid back and looking to take care of you and make sure you have a good time. Unfortunately I got sea sick and didn’t make it past 10min in the water but I did get to see what I wanted 😁
I do recommend eating a little something before heading out so you don’t get sick like I did.
Other than that the experience was as they said, calming and peaceful. I didn’t think that looking down to the abyss of the never ending ocean with bring me so much comfort and then seeing a shark swim through it is even more unreal. Definitely go in with an open mind and “leave the tv fear at the shore.” Come with these guys to experience a sharks peace for yourself and it will change your mind forever. I will be doing this again.
