- All divers must provide weight, and date of birth and be able to swim.
- Divers must NOT be flying within 24 hours of diving.
- Dive Oahu has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled dive will result in forfeit of payment.
- Minimum age 10 years old! 10-11 year old require an additional fee.
- Must review and clear a medical questionnaire prior to diving. No refunds will be given for a failed medical release within the cancellation period
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 21 travelers

My first scuba diving experience was an absolute thrill! Our instructor, Justin, was incredibly professional yet also so cool and patient. His calm and empathetic approach immediately put both my wife and me at ease, which was invaluable for a first-time dive. The marine life was breathtaking; we were lucky enough to spot a shark and a pod of dolphins. The weather was beautiful, and the entire staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole trip seamless. I can't recommend this experience enough—it's truly a must-do for anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure.

Nacho, Jared, Justin and Ami were all great. I thought it was a really good way to find out if scuba was something you would want to pursue and get certified living in a non coastal area.
The crew all spent time with us teaching us about the equipment, hand signals, safety measures, and answered any questions we might have.
We got to do two dives down to forty or so feet. Where I was able to see an octopus, two different kinds of eel a school of puffer fish along with a whole plethora of other fish.
Overall great experience with knowledgeable competent staff.

10/10 experience with everyone at dive Oahu, super knowledgeable staff able to help you with everything and very helpful with the training required to do the dive! Jeff and Jarret were our instructors and I definitely couldn’t say any better things about them!
10/10 recommended for any beginners wanting to do a shallow reef dive and snorkeling.

Justin took me out just the 2 of us because I’m still a beginner, and he was great. Very instructive and fun. We had a great time and saw many things. The rest of the crew were also very welcoming and kind.

Incredible experience. Nacho, Jeffrey, Justin, and Ami were extremely knowledgeable and helped out each individual diver. The one on one attention given during the first dive really helped calm my nerves.

We booked on relative short notice (Sunday->Tuesday) and they gave us great information over the phone, called us the night before about a possibly better time to see more wildlife, and were extremely helpful the entire time.
The dive itself was great, weather was perfect and the beforehand training for beginners/practice dive was thorough and useful for myself (being a nervous person) and my girlfriend.
Capt Nacho and Ami (our dive instructor) were very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience great.
Would absolutely recommend everything!

The experience was really fun, Jeff was the instructor and he did an amazing job explaining everything, making sure we were safe! I definitely would recommend him and we will go on another scuba dive with him again. It was the first time for my 16 year-old son to scuba dive and he had a lot of fun and no problems thanks to Jeff!

I took my 15 yo son on his first dive (non certified) so we could try it to see if he wants to get certified. This company took us out to 2 separate reefs 30-35 ft water. It was only about a 10 minute boat ride to the first location (turtle channel) right in front of Waikiki. There the instructor did a 1:1 with each non Certified diver which was about 15 minutes each. The others wait on the boat until each 1:1 is complete. You have to perform the 3 main skills underwater and then go for about 5-7 minutes. We didn’t see much but this was the skills portion. We then went back towards the marina and went to another reef about 35 ft deep. We did a full dive on this one and the group lasted 33 minutes under with the dive which was as long as the certified divers. Our guide was personable, knowledgeable and he made a point to make sure that everyone felt comfortable but more importantly he was encouraging and helpful. We saw a huge turtle and lots of reef fish. They had snacks and drinks and a hose to rinse off after. The captain was great and helped us with gear etc. I would highly recommend this company and tour. Jeff was a great dsd guide! With that said you need to be an experienced swimmer and if you are anxiety prone I would recommend you start with a beach dive instead. The wind was rocking and it does mess with visibility and someone on the boat was very sea sick. If you are adventurous I would say to try it!

The staff and dives were great! Jared, Rachel,... And the other 2 were excellent tour guide and captain. The captain had us recite the names, but I have a bad time remembering names lol. Highly recommend this company and trip!

Hands down the best experience. Captain Adam was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Our dive guide Aunie (sorry if that’s wrong) was fantastic. She took her time and allowed us to work at our own pace to be comfortable. The dive was amazing, seeing the turtles, fish and everything on the reef from below, I couldn’t have asked for anything better other than more time. Definitely worth every penny spent and would love to come back.

This was a perfect experience. You did a 1 on 1 dive with the instructor (at turtle cove) and then a group dive at another location (we did Mario land or shallow reef, it’s dependent on conditions). Jared, Jordan, heather, and the captain (Mike or Matt can’t remember) were the absolute best. Think this is a perfect dive for beginners as we were first timers. We went about 40ft deep and saw turtles, coral reefs, and various fish. DO THIS DIVE!

It's a little scary at first making you sign a lot of waivers informing you of the risks of scuba diving but the crew of the Stress Relief (boat's name) made it an unforgettable experience!
They were very kind, fiendly and attentive throughout the whole trip.
Our instructor and guide Jared (hope I'm spelling it right) was very good at teaching us the basic hand signs and maneuvers underwater.
Definetly recommend trying out this experience while visiting Oahu!

Our first time scuba diving and Jared made the experience safe, exciting and brilliant! After being quite nervous, Jared took his time and was very patient with us, ensuring we went at our own pace and felt comfortable. This allowed us to fully enjoy the experience and get to see some unbelievable things! The first dive site, turtle canyon, was just breathtaking - we couldn’t get over the amount of turtles and how relaxed they are! Then we did a short boat ride, whilst spotting dolphins!! And went to the second dive site, where we went on a dive together and explored the reefs and wildlife. The team are friendly and helpful, making sure you’ve warmed up post dive and eaten some snacks and rehydrated! Loved this experience and have already recommended to other tourists in the area!

Saw a sea turtle which is always cool but to be honest you can see these snorkeling sharks cove and other parts of north shore. What you don’t get is the feeling of being 30 feet down in another world. It was AMAZING!

This experience was incredible. First time diving and Colton and Ami were great! Saw 9 sea turtles! The instructors were clear and knowledgeable making the experience stress-free. Safety was a priority, and the guides did a wonderful job showing us many forms of sea life. Photography is available for a fee - uncertified divers are not allowed to bring their own camera for safety reasons. The crew of the boat was kind and helpful. Colton, Kevin, Heather, Ami, and Nacho were all fantastic. 10/10 recommend!!

Great experience! Saw turtles and lots of fish. They said the previous day they saw dolphins but we didn’t :/. This was my husband’s first time diving. I’m certified but needed a refresher, so we decided to do the Discover Scuba together. The staff on the boat accommodated us as well as other discover scuba people and certified people. There were lots of snacks on board the boat and there was a bathroom. The guide Shabad(?) was a little soft spoken so it was hard to hear some of the safety material but otherwise he was awesome! He helped me with with the refresher and we did a short dive just 1:1 (5-10 min?) which is when I saw the turtles. The first dive is 1:1 and to make sure you have the basics down and if you do, a mini dive. Then there’s a second dive that’s maybe 20 min or so.

Nacho, Miranda, Lexi, Adam, and Walter were phenomenal. My daughter struggled but they were patient with her. We got to see turtles, eels and the wonders of the reef. Highly recommend them.
