Leo and Lily - the Perfect Pair

Ultimately - yes I would recommend. Leo takes such great care of his beautiful horse Lily and truly the most personable. Mannerism you don’t typically see in NY My cons of this experience is that the pick up location is NOT in front of the Ritz Carlton and the Carriages themselves are very dated. Could use an update from the 80/90’s era and fake flowers on them do not make them look good however it makes it look cheap

This was a fantastic experience. Our driver was amazing and gave us lots of information. I had wanted to do this trip for so long and it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this trip.

The actual carriage ride thru Central Park was magical 🤩 but… Went to meet up spot & messaged tour guide that I had arrived but didn’t hear from anyone , 15mins later & after a few mesages I got call from them. They came to greet us and take us to our horse carriage; which was beautiful 😍. On the ride stopped once to use the bathroom but didn’t get to stop anywhere else to take pictures. Was offered pictures at end of ride but also felt rushed to get off so they can get the next ride started. I get it was busy for Thanksgiving afternoon but didn’t like how the ride ended 🤷🏽‍♂️

LEO was fantastic guide. Viator made scheduling easy and affordable.

Easy to book through viator. Last minute idea and secured ride through Central Park as we were sitting at the entrance. LEO texted us right away and said we can show up earlier if we wanted to. When we arrived LEO met us with a big smile and introduced us to his horse Lily. At least 45 minutes ride through park. LEo was very knowledgeable and stopped at a number of spots where he took pictures of us at various landmarks. Highly recommended.

Fantastic time We arrived late due to plane and traffic had contact supplier So when we arrived they put us on the next one available our guide Pharvis was great very knowledgeable and funny and just a nice guy . Would do it again lots of fun
