This company wasn’t prepared. They had to find another horse and buggy to take us through the park. They didn’t stop at the points indicated in the agenda for photos. We were told we will give you the ride for a tip. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we were looking forward to!

Do not use! We didn’t get the full hour we paid for! They were no where to be found, finally someone can over to get us on a carriage then we HAD tip in order for him to take us on the carriage ride because he didn’t work for Viator. It was a complete mess. No one had our reservation. Do not recommend using them!

A “no show”.

A very special occasion was ruined by a no show of the tour operator. We waited and waited. I called twice. I talked to and asked other horse carriage operators at the location. One of them was kind enough to post my Viator booking on their group chat. None of it helped. Not only I do not recommend this specific attraction/operator, I do not recommend booking this activity through Viator. Extremely poor job!
