Set sail from New York City’s Pier 36 for the ride out into New York Harbor, passing beneath the iconic Brooklyn Bridge en route. Choose between daytime or evening departures.

Then get an up-close look at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, one of America’s original immigrant gateways, passing within 100 feet (30 meters) of these two New York City landmarks. I booked a tour with my son. When we arrived to the boarding location, we were informed the location had changed. They wanted us to drive to the new departing location, but we could not get there on time. Customer service rep said he’d provide a refund for the inconvenience, and I have not received it yet.

We arrived at the spot 1h before the time given so we don’t miss the boarding. When we clicked on the directions given it said that we were on the right spot, we waited for so long in the cold and no ship came , we asked around they directed us to another ship we walked back and forth trying to find the right one until we decided to leave because it was too cold. I called for a refund because the address they put is not the right one , now they don’t want to refund me. That’s not fair to people that follow the directions given, they should update it because it’s not the first time that is happening.

The boat did not arrive. Also other customers a family from Australia etc,.. were waiting with us. I booked another 60 minute tour on Pier 36 directly from the operator, that was luckily departing from PIER 36 at a similar time. We have had a great time at this other tour.

What a great experience! Molly was very knowledgeable and we learned a ton about the city! We got all the major hot spots and had a perfect view of The Statue of Liberty. We don’t feel rushed at all and had plenty of time to get all the photos. There is a concession on board with light snacks and both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. There was a change in pick up spot and communication regarding this was excellent. We had several texts and a phone call to ensure we knew exactly where to go and how to get there. I’m toughly recommend this tour! Thank you Molly for all the new insight and information on New York!

Meeting point not valid, caught uber to meeting point, Pier 6, which was invalid, along with other guests. We were directed to Pier 78, in which we had to take another uber to that location and pay for direct cruise.

Great Sail by the Statue!

A quick and easy torture the Statue of Liberty if you want something fast. If you would just like to float by and see and be able to take pictures while on the boat, this is a great option for you if you are looking for something more interactive and getting off at Ellis Island do not choose the tour.

Delayed start disrupted day.

We were scheduled for a 12 pm departure. At 12:30 the boat was still docked so we left. When we left the boat no one inquired why.

On the boat dock , it wasn’t made clear what boat we were going on. Once we got on the boat, it had nice inside seating very nice snack bar and the outside was standing area, but it was amazing because my husband and I got to have a dance in front of the Statue of Liberty. The boat captain was very courteous and informative. The music on this tour was spot on for the day.. New York

Nice, quick trip to the Statue of Liberty.

This is a quick trip with a lot of nice information about the city. The boat was spacious and there were bathrooms and a bar with food and drinks available. They played New York themed music which was a cute touch. I would not recommend this experience to those who get motion or seasick.

A little difficult to...

A little difficult to find “slip 4” but found a line of people and joined in. Boat arrived late, based on their request that passengers arrive early, seemed weird. Limited outdoor seating once onboard. Guides seemed knowledgeable and gave historical context about surrounding areas. I would recommend a different boat experience with more outdoor seating for easy views and photos.

Great tour if you don’t want to walk the statue and other sites

Friendly staff and accommodating. Worth it if you just want to view the attractions from the water. Price was reasonable. The only complaint is the volume of music where the tour would’ve been more enjoyable if the volume was turned down so we could hear the tour guide speaking.

Dirty Seats & Tables!

The boat wasn’t clean. We boarded and the seats and table upstairs were dirty and sticky. Popcorn was everywhere. We booked a 60-minute cruise and were told via an announcement after leaving the pier that it would be for 90-minutes instead. I had a flight booked and nearly missed it. Others had dinner reservations that had to be canceled because of this.

The actual boat ride was worth it but the customer service experience sucked they made changes to my reservation and did not inform until I actually arrived and it was pushed back 2 hours to another location .

We actually didn’t get to do the tour because it was cancelled and no one communicated the cancellation till we arrived. Then a representative sent us completely across town and they had no idea what we were talking about when we arrived. So after losing the entire morning and a lot of money it never happened and we missed the other sites we wanted to see. Never use this company. Period. No matter the deal.
