This 90-minute cruise was the highlight of our trip to NYC. Our tourguide, Darius, was wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable about NYC history and landmarks, and he was funny and thoughtful and a great DJ and singer! He sang the perfect song to my young friend, who was thrilled. the NYC skyline is one of the most beautiful sights anywhere, and this trip really highlighted it. The entire experience was exhilarating and worth every cent. I highly recommend this tour and this company. Thank you!

Crowded experience with people standing in front of everyone. We did upgrade for the less crowded option but it did cost a lot extra for the experience.

Generally a good, informative tour. However, purchasing an upgrade that makes ticket price 2x to sit indoors is shameful. I would not recommend anyone to take this tour in cold weather. A ticket on the boat is a ticket on the boat! This boat line should be ashamed to do that to passengers.

The tour was great! Darius, our MC, made the cruise fun and informative. It was a very windy and cold day, and the majority of the the cruise is outside with lots of people packed in the back of the boat. UNLESS you want to upgrade to VIP for $40pp. We did only because we were freezing. The $40 pp seems a little excessive. I could see maybe $20,even $25. For this you get a place to sit inside or outside and access to the whole front of the boat + one free food and drink item for free. Most of the soace on the boat is kept for VIP, so you almost feel like you HAVE to upgrade. That is why the 4 stars instead of 5. All in all, it was a great cruise if you just want to see the Statue of Liberty up close and don't feel like going to the island.

This boat ride was a total scam. They had nowhere for the 200 people to sit on this boat ride and it was 39° out. usually you can sit inside at tables or plastic benches - they had 15 fold up chairs. If you went upstairs they had maybe 20 seats but that was considered the VIP tour and it was an additional $25. In the VIP section you got a fold up chair and a drink. Viator would not refund my money the company would not refund my money. I am deeply deeply disappointed after doing several tours in New York with Viator. I think I'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau of New York. I don't think they even had enough vests. Shame on Viator for even using that company

VIP upgrade to sit inside upstairs is pricey. Great views from downstairs. Obviously gets crowded outside as you get to Statue of Liberty. Best to stay outside if weather permits.

He was an exceptional tour guide, combining humor with insightful commentary about the site's history and significance. I truly appreciated all the detailed information he shared about the landmarks and local culture. The interior of the boat was notably warm, creating a comfortable atmosphere despite the outdoor conditions. This was my second experience of this kind, having previously participated with a different company, and I found this one to be particularly enjoyable and well-organized.
