Small and no real entertainment or excitement was very disappointing. But we have been to the one in Houston and I can say Houston location was a 10 out of 10. New York location was a 1 out of 10.

Once you book a time you can’t change it…. Our flight was delayed totally out of our control and they wouldn’t even allow us to push it back.

We loved the confetti room, the ball room and the color hallway. Great experience but feel the rate should be lower either for adult accompanying child or child under 12.
