Show your paper or mobile voucher to a member of the staff at any of the stops along your route to redeem and board the bus. Learn about the history of the city from the onboard audio commentary as you go.
Choose between a 24-hour Downtown only route, or upgrade to a 48-hour ticket to access to both Uptown and Downtown loops. a 72-hour ticket also offers access to Brooklyn tours and several self-guided tours.
Whichever option you choose, you can cruise the entire loop or hop off when a destination interests you enough that you want to explore it further, such as Battery Park, the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, and much more.

Easy way to see sights in NYC. Comfortable. The audio is great to explain the areas you are in
We hopped off 4 times and saw so much. Your feet will thank you as you do so much walking anyway!

This is a great way to see NYC, with also the option to get off a bus to explore different areas, and then hop onto another one when you are ready. The buses run every 20 to 30 minutes at each stop, but that may change due to date and traffic and such. We enjoyed our tour.

Scheduled our tickets for the day of our arrival as we were supposed to arrive early in the day. However, our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive to our hotel until 3pm. I sent 3 messages through the app asking if we could change the date of our tickets. Each time I received an automatic reply that they had received my message and someone would respond soon. I just returned home to Florida and still have not received a response. I have now sent a refund request, but I'm guessing I won't receive a,response to that either. Not happy at all with the lack of customer service.

We totally loved the red line. The buses came often and the narrated tour was great. The blue line buses did not run as often and we were not able to ride back to where we started.

Great way to see the sites and travel around downtown Manhattan during the day. We decided to grab lunch at Burger Man which was right at the first stop.

We had to wait almost 45 minutes from the time we initially boarded the bus before the bus left to begin the tour. That was frustrating but once we finally got started, it moved smoothly.

App is hard to use and tell where/when to catch the bus. I called for help but no answer. Did the chat option but no response. Definitely not worth it if it's raining. You won't want to be up top and you can't see out the windows on the lower level. Driver spoke very little English. Audio tour doesn't give much info. It was a bummer start to our vacation.

Non of our party (4) could find a plug in place that work (we all tried several spots) so, we had no commentary. There needs to be more info on the maps so you know where you are. Drivers on all the busses we tried, were unresponsive to complaints re the commentary. Shame, in the past, they have been fun.
