- All children must be at least 48 inches
- When traveling with multiple passengers, you must make one booking with all passengers to insure that you are on the same boat. If you did not book together, you are not guaranteed to be together.
- Due to safety concerns, pregnant women are not allowed on this tour
- Please note you are not guaranteed to see a gator. They hibernate in winter months but are easily spotted in spring, summer, and fall.
- Service animals are permitted but not recommended due to the volume of noise on the boat and threats of surrounding wildlife.
- Emotional support animals are not permitted.
- Airboats are not handicapped accessible. There are no lifts or ramps available for use. Guests must be able to get on or off of the boat themselves or with the help of someone in their party.
- Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 9 travelers

Really fun experience with the small group airboat! Saw lots of alligators and learned a TON from our guide about the water, the trees, the alligator life cycle, local birds, etc. The dock is really easy to find and there’s a snack shack with awesome merch and restrooms available. I’m recommending Louisiana Swamp Tours to my friends who visit New Orleans!

The small group airboat tour was great. Our guide, Ernie, was knowledgeable and hilarious. We saw lots of wildlife and had a great time. It was a much better way to spend our money than what we spent in the city.

Fun and informative. Our captain grew up in the area and had lots of info. Super fun to go fast on the swamp boat (we did get a little wet!) and saw some cool gators.

The boat sometimes travels fast, which I loved. You may get some very minor sprays of water. If you have long hair you may want to tie it up in a ponytail. Have fun! It was a blast!

We had a great day with our guide, Dewey, who was knowledgeable, friendly and a skilled waterman. The day was a bit chilly, but we saw several alligator, birds, including bald eagles and a bard owl, as well as the illusive “swamp cow😁”. We highly recommend the small group airboat tour with Dewey. Thanks for a great day.

Highlight of our trip! We saw many alligators and even found a nest of baby alligators. We each were able to pet the baby alligator. Unforgettable experience. The bayou was breathtaking and the air boat ride was thrilling!

My two girlfriends and I did the small group gator swamp boat tour, and honestly—it was the best thing we did in New Orleans! There were only seven of us total, which made it super chill and personal.
We were running a few minutes late (oops!) and Bobby, our awesome guide, actually held the boat for us—total lifesaver. He was hilarious, insanely knowledgeable, and somehow managed to answer our million questions without missing a beat.
We saw so many gators up close, learned a ton, and laughed the entire ride. 10/10 recommend—thanks Bobby for making it such an unforgettable day!

It was amazing! We seen plenty of alligators for the time of day, our guide Capt. BeBop was phenomenal! He answered many questions and was very knowledgeable in his job, you could tell he loved being on the boat and talking to people about his passion. And then out came FLUFFY, she was soooooo amazing!

Go ahead and spend the extra money for the small boat one. We did the small boat and it was super immersive and close-up to the action! Absolutely loved it. Great guide, great experience, would recommend to anyone!

This adventure was a lot of fun!! Not only did our guide show us alligators but he took us around to see other animals that reside in the bayou! I didn’t post which ones so you could see for yourself! :) Lots to see and learn. It was hot, but it was beautiful!
