- Due to safety concerns, pregnant women are not allowed on this tour
- When traveling with multiple passengers, you must make one booking with all passengers to insure that you are on the same boat. If you did not book together, you are not guaranteed to be together.
- Service animals are permitted but not recommended due to the volume of noise on the boat and threats of surrounding wildlife.
- Emotional support animals are not permitted.
- Please note you are not guaranteed to see a gator. They hibernate in winter months but are easily spotted in spring, summer, and fall.
- Airboats are not handicapped accessible. There are no lifts or ramps available for use. Guests must be able to get on or off of the boat themselves or with the help of someone in their party.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 16 travelers

It’s exactly what you hope it’s going to be! My daughter and I had the best time. We’ve been on a road trip for the last week and decided for NOLA to be our last stop and hoorah. The swamp tour was the first thing we did when we got here. Dewey was our Captain, and he was a fantastic guide. Very personable, laid back and knowledgeable. Everyone from check in to the snack shack were so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend! So many gators and the scenery was just beautiful!

We really enjoyed the air boat ride with Captain Jason. The most exciting part was his interactions with Big Willie, an alpha male in the area. Big Willie responded to Captain Jason's calls and he allowed Captain Jason to kiss him. The captain was very knowledgeable and he handled the air boat with great skill.

Dewey the guide was awesome. We saw lots of gators . I would recommend bring a jacket, when the boat gets up to speed, its a little chilly. Great time

The experience was great. The explanation about the alligators and their growth was very interesting. Learning about the swamp where they live was important because it helps us understand how alligators survive in their natural environment. The history of how the preserve was created and protected was also very interesting.
By the way, meeting Frank was the best part. My girls were so attached to him that they took a little more time away from the others, but who could resist such a cute alligator to cuddle with?

You will see gators! You will learn about the Bayous, canals, marsh, and swamps. You will learn about the wildlife. It was an incredible experience.

We had a fabulous experience on our Airboat adventure! We saw several alligators and enjoyed learning all about the Bayou! We even got up close to one large alligator- so nifty!

We weren't sure what to expect. We booked the large boat because it was cheaper. I wish I could remember the name of our guide. He was good. We saw tons of gators. We even saw a mama with about 12 babies. Our Screenagers complain about everything, and even they thought it was a good tour.

This was super fun! We saw huge gators, the scenery was beautiful, and we got to hold a baby alligator. We wore rain jackets but we didn’t get very wet. Pull your hair back!

Such a great time viewing beautiful Bayou’s! Our tour guide was so much fun. He gave my kiddos marshmallows to feed the gators. Will be planning a return Trip soon.

Not a lot of wildlife on my tour. We saw a few alligators, mostly small. It was more about an airboat ride.

Thank you for your feedback. When it pertains to the wildlife, it is never a guarantee. I'm sure you would have prefer to see more wildlife, but we offer swamp tours, not a wildlife tour.

This was such a great experience! Our tour guide, Ernie, was really knowledgeable. All 3 kids had a great time! We even got to hold a baby alligator. We learned so much about alligators and how they are misrepresented in tv and movies. I highly recommend this tour!

The ride was amazing. The guide he kept us laughing. Was very informative about the history took us to great spots, saw lots of alligators crocodiles, it was amazing. It was nice. I enjoyed the company my first time riding on a boat and I felt so safe and comfortable

Love our Captain! Must have experience in NOLA. I went with my husband who is an alligator lover and he absolutely enjoyed the experience:) I can’t recall our captain name exactly - Jackson? Jack? Jason? He is the best though!!
