Very knowledgeable gal!! Enjoyed the history so much!
Horses were well trained. The gal even offered to take some pics of my hubby and I, w/the horse when we returned to our starting point.

As a Chinese visitor traveling with a child, this carriage tour was an amazing experience. The staff kindly let kids sit in the front, which made it extra special and exciting. The carriage driver was very experienced and professional. During the ride, there was a small traffic situation when a car blocked the road and even bumped into another vehicle, but the horse stayed very calm and patient, and the driver handled everything smoothly. We felt very safe the entire time. It was a unique and memorable experience, and I highly recommend it for families with kids!

It’s good not great! Our driver knew a lot but her delivery was dull. Every once a n a while she would repeat herself.

Jonathan did an excellent job giving us interesting details about the history and culture of the city. It was our first day in the city and it was a great way to get a lay of the land.

We did this tour on our first morning in New Orleans it is a great way to become familiar with the City. Our carriage driver was very knowledgeable but it was hard to hear him. The drivers need to have microphones in the carriage so that everyone can hear him. However, I would still recommend

It was a nice tour, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful however, we had to ride up in the front with him which was rather cramped and uncomfortable. My wife almost fell off the carriage while exiting and my foot was runover by the carriage. Other than that it was a fun experience.

Wonderful tour! Mike did a wonderful job telling us the history of the French Quater and Pearl was a sweetie pie!
Martha_I, Apr 2026
You can let your driver know where you would like to go which was very nice. You can also hop off to take a quick pic. Lucas was great entertaining and knowledgeable.

Loved Marty the tour guide and Mr Benson the mule. Marty gave us a lot of interesting tips and history and the mule was very well taken care of.

This was recommended to me by friends. It was a better option than the Hop On-Hop Off bus because we had a person in a wheelchair. The driver, Charles was very knowledgeable and personable. The only issue was being able to hear him at some times.

Excellent tour! Knowledgeable and personable guide. Highly recommend! Loved the historical information on New Orleans.

Nice but the attitude of the German lady was insane. She was combative when you asked her anything she thinks was contradictory. One couple asked how long the tour was and she screamed that she told them it was 1 hour and they must pay. They were just asking and her response was so disrespectful and rude. She was seriously unhinged and probably drunk.

Great experience. Very informative learned a lot of history. Ride was smooth and easy. Tour guide Cat and mule Norma were the best together. I loved it.

This Ride was never completed!! Due to prior injury I was unable to walk to the departure destination spot and had to wait for a uber which was a few moments late picking us up which caused us to be a few minutes late resulting in driver refusing to even do the remainder of the trip

Nice ride. Very informative. Went along at a nice pace. Tour started on time and ended on time it was scheduled for

Interesting and fun way to see the French Quarter and learn more about it. Our guide, Chris, was great. Definitely recommend adding this to your things to do list.

It started off a little rocky when we arrived. The company wanted to spit our couples group of 4, to 3 people on 1 row and the other person on another with a group of people we didn’t know. Then his other option was for one couple to sit on one row and the other couple to sit on the row with the driver. This option was unexceptionable for is as well as the driver. The finial solution was to put us on another carriage where we were able to ride with our partners at the same time. The tour was great. Pretty boy was a great guide. We enjoyed the experience.
