We had a great time with Patsy! Our guide did an awesome job! I believe his name was RJ. This is now my favorite carriage tour ever! Let’s go again!

It was very informative. I learned a lot about the French Quarter I didn’t know. I actually proposed to my girlfriend on the ride. We pulled in front of a church and I got on the sidewalk and took a knee👍

Johnathan was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and knew how to keep our attention. He explained how Bourbon, the mule, came about. This was a wonderful experience

Fun tour in French Quarter and beyond to learn more about the history of New Orleans. Carriage is covered best to do an early morning tour before weather gets too hot

This was a great way to get an overview of the area. Our guide was fantastic and so was Norma who pulled us around for an hour.

Wow! So much learning on this ride! It was so great to hear all about local history. Our guide was very knowledgable about the area and was so sweet with our mule, Beignet! The ride was on time and the seats were comfortable. Our guide stopped frequently to make sure everyone saw what he was talking about and encouraged questions!

The carriage ride was a wonderful way to experience the charm and history of New Orleans. Our guide brought the city to life with fascinating stories, local history, and fun facts while we relaxed and took in the beautiful sights. It was a peaceful, engaging, and memorable experience that offered a unique perspective of the city. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a relaxing and informative way to explore New Orleans.

The lady who checked us in was very rude!! It was six adults in our group and they put us on a carriage that already had 2 adults sitting prior to us arriving. So yes of course they were comfortable 2 of them shared the front seat but, as for us we had the next 3 rows and were seated 3 to a seat sticking to each other it was 98 degrees and unable to enjoy the tour. We should’ve been accommodated it was 6 or more free carriages and we paid a total of $390.00 to be hot and treated poorly. I will never use this company again.

No flexibility, no care.
Due to delayed flights pushing back our whole day, we were 10 minutes late to the booked time. Obviously there is a cutoff- and we didn’t know till right before that we just wouldn’t get there right on time. We got to the site and spoke with an operator and without checking any schedule or giving any effort told us that we were out of luck. Didn’t ask for a refund just asked if we could wait for a later ride since there were three other Royal carriages just sitting there, we were willing to wait and get on a different tour- do anything we could to flex with their availability. Just told too bad should have called in advance. It sounds cliche but working in hospitality, I would expect the courtesy to at least check or try to get us on a different tour rather than just taking our $130 and walking away. Unbelievable.
Luckily there was a different carriage operator who invited us to join their group and we had a fantastic experience.
The hospitality we’ve seen since in New Orleans has been the exact opposite of this experience.

Very knowledgeable gal!! Enjoyed the history so much!
Horses were well trained. The gal even offered to take some pics of my hubby and I, w/the horse when we returned to our starting point.
