**You must be out front of your location at the beginning of the pickup window or the bus will be forced to leave.** Pickup from most major downtown New Orleans hotels. If you hotel is not listed please list in comments area or reach out to us directly on our phone number. For pickups, there will be a 30 minute window. Please be on the lookout for a bus that says Alert Transportation. 8:00 AM pickup will be sometime between 8:00 AM and about 8:30 AM. 10:20 AM pickup will be sometime between 10:20 AM and about 10:50 AM. 12:30 PM pickup will be sometime between 12:30 PM and about 1:00 PM. 3:00 PM pickup (seasonal) will be sometime between 3:00 PM and about 3:30 PM.

- When traveling with multiple passengers, you must make one booking with all passengers to insure that you are on the same boat. If you did not book together, you are not guaranteed to be together.
- Service animals are permitted but not recommended due to the volume of noise on the boat and threats of surrounding wildlife.
- Emotional support animals are not permitted.
- Please note you are not guaranteed to see a gator. They hibernate in winter months but are easily spotted in spring, summer, and fall.
- Folding wheelchairs are allowed on the bus, but the driver is not allowed to pick up a person to help them gain entrance. The customer must get into the minibus by themselves or with assistance from family or friends.
- • Airboats are not handicapped accessible. There are no lifts or ramps available for use. Guests must be able to get on or off of the boat themselves or with the help of someone in their party.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 16 travelers

Our Louisiana swamp tour was absolutely amazing and hands down my favorite part of our trip! The scenery was breathtaking, with peaceful bayous, moss-draped cypress trees, and shimmering reflections that made every turn feel magical. It was fun, exciting, and surprisingly romantic, especially sharing it all with my husband right by my side.
We even snapped a selfie with an 11 foot alligator. Talk about a once in a lifetime moment! Our guide made the whole experience even better. He was funny, knowledgeable, and kept us laughing while teaching us so much about the wildlife and history of the area.
If you are visiting Louisiana, this is a must do experience. Beautiful views, heart pounding excitement, and plenty of laughs. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! And if there is a chill in the air, make sure to bundle up so you can stay cozy while enjoying every moment of the ride.

Pickup was smooth and efficient from the French Quarter. Highly recommend the airboat over the covered one. Tour guide was super knowledgeable about the area and NOLA as a whole which made it interesting.

Captain Dewey was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He was a great air boat driver. He knew all the right places to see the alligators and even called them by name. He could touch them, get them to open their mouths and even kiss the top of their head. He also knew where to find the eagles and their nest as well as pointing out other birds and wildlife. We saw Grumpy Ernie - a 14 foot old (60-100 years) alligator. This was one of the best tours we did in New Orleans!

Shuttle from the hotel is convenient and easy. Fan boat ride was awesome. There is a store at the landing when the bus drops you off that has restrooms and some snacks.

The swamp tour was AMAZING! We get up close and personal with the gators but still feel totally safe. Our tour guide, Dewey (or Dewy, not sure how he spells it) was super knowledgeable and very funny.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because the communication regarding transportation getting to the bayou was AWFUL! They say when you book that they’ll get you at a certain time but never tell you what to look for in terms of what the bus/van looks like AND don’t tell you it’s actually a half hour window so we waited outside for a half hour. On the way back you need to guess which bus to get on and recognize the driver from earlier. And they don’t tell you if they’re bringing you back to your hotel or not. I still recommend the tour anyway!

Must do this tour! The airboat was fun and even on a cold day, we saw gators. It was only 55 degrees and we needed coats and rented a blanket for $10. Our guide was funny and was very informative about the plants and animals of the swamp.

Good trip to see the alliators. We enjoy and recommend this trip. After the visit we don't visit the plantations and return directly yo the city. The unic problem was the initial transport that arrives late at the hotel because we are the last persons to pick up before go to the river.

From start to finish this entire experience was just superb! Professional & punctual hotel pick up - great facilities @ the location and a good safety briefing before we left to go out on the water. The guide / driver was excellent, pointed out wildlife, gave us time to take photos and got us really close to the gators
