I am sewing to the ghost hunting world that this was so much fun for me. And my family and I loved being able to use all of the equipment.

I really enjoyed the paranormal investigation itself and found the experience interesting. Unfortunately, the guide’s repeated physical contact and lack of personal space made me extremely uncomfortable.
I want to be very specific about what happened because the physical contact was not limited to demonstrating how to use the paranormal equipment. During the tour, the guide touched my shoulder while talking to me and stood extremely close to me during normal conversation. At another point, he grabbed my shoulder to physically direct me toward where he wanted me to go rather than simply asking or pointing.
There was also an instance involving the equipment where he stood directly behind me and guided my hands. He was standing close enough that the front of his body physically touched the back of mine.
I did not speak up in the moment. I was extremely uncomfortable and wasn’t sure how to respond. I don’t believe that means the physical contact was acceptable or that guests should be expected to announce beforehand that they don’t want to be touched. If physical guidance is genuinely necessary, simply asking, “Is it okay if I guide your hands?” would allow the guest to consent before being touched.
I contacted the company privately before posting a public review because I wanted to give them an opportunity to address my concerns. I was told that this is one of their top guides, that they had never had an issue like this with him, that sometimes more than verbal instruction is necessary, and that they wished I had said something to him at the time.
I understand that the guide may not have intended to make me uncomfortable, and I am not claiming to know his intentions. However, the explanation about needing to physically demonstrate the equipment doesn’t address the other contact—touching and grabbing my shoulder, physically directing me, or repeatedly standing extremely close during ordinary conversation.
I otherwise genuinely enjoyed the paranormal investigation, which is why this is so disappointing. I’m sharing my experience because personal boundaries matter, and I hope the company considers having guides ask before physically touching or guiding guests. A simple request for consent would have completely changed my experience.

Thanks for reaching out publicly as well as privately. Again, as I indicated in the email response to you that we would definitely address things like with with all staff and, apparently that was not enough. This is definitely a matter of personal comfort and opinion, but, as you have escalated it to this level we thought to check security cameras at the location, and your account does not match what was on those cameras. Again, we did remind all staff that when trying to properly instruct our guests on the paranormal equipment to be mindful of personal space, I also encourage you to speak up as well instead of just complaining online and changing your story each time.

This is an awesome experience! Robert was a knowledgeable and entertaining guide who helped us navigate and learn the equipment we used. We had some interesting interactions on the spirit box and truly enjoyed our time on the tour. I can’t wait to listen to the recordings I made on my phone and see if I missed anything while we were live. I highly recommend this tour if you ever wanted to do a ghost hunt and even if you are a tad bit skeptical. Fun night!

Fantastic experience. Good lesson on the devices and several experiences. You have the opportunity to make sure any anolamies are debunked and get to test multiple scenarios. I got to play rock, paper, scissors with a spirit. Another or possibly same one just wanted to hear me talk. Fantastic experience - just remember these people (spirits) may be old and not share your own values, which leads to some funny interactions!

This is probably one of the best tours I have been on anywhere. Everyone in the group experienced some type of activity at both locations. It was very exciting, intriguing and overall a great experience. Kathy was our tour guide and she did an amazing job.

This was a fun experience. Our guide, Chris, was great: personable and able to get everyone involved. The pace was very relaxed, not running all over the quarter, but instead focusing on a couple of locations and learning to use and understand the equipment. If you’re interested in the paranormal and have some time and money on hand to spend on this tour, I’d say give it a go. It’s an evening you won’t soon forget.

Our guide Jen was awesome! We used a lot of different devices to communicate with spirits in a fun, respectful way. It was clear Jen loves what she does and has extensive knowledge in her field and of New Orleans history. I can’t recommend this tour enough!

This was a really fun experience! I learned a lot about the ghost hunting equipment we were using and about some of the history around New Orleans. Going into the haunted locations and having a spirit box session with the tour group was really interesting as well. I was really satisfied with my choice to book this experience! Can’t wait for my trip back to NOLA

Make sure you venture in with an open mind. If you scare easily this is not the adventure for you. My wife and I look forward to doing this again when we visit New Orleans again!

If you have any interest in the paranormal, whether believer or skeptic, do not pass up this opportunity! Our Tour Guide, Chris, is very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. That being said, he has a keen ability to balance teaching and enjoyment. We had a fairly large group and he took extra time to make sure everyone participated in each experience in a way they were comfortable, while gaging what the group would most enjoy together. He explained the instruments, then encouraged hands on use while explaining if any results were a false positive or a legitimate reading. After the events of the night unfolded I’m able to say there were multiple encounters by several in attendance, of varying degrees, with the use of the high quality devices. Whenever I’m in this area again, this experience will be at the top of my list! Thank-you, Chris, for the exceptional evening!

Sadly not a good trip. Felt very gimmicky and boring. They take you to a hotel courtyard where you're just standing around feeding mosquitoes. Then we mostly just sat in hotel rooms for hours listening to static sounds on our own, which eventually gave me a major headache for the night. I suppose it satisfied my curiosity which I am no longer curious about after the tour, but I can't recommend this experience

Sorry the experience did not meet your expectations. Obviously we can not control the level of activity on each tour. Some people are unable to use the "static sound" device (spirit box) and that is certainly out of our control as well. One does wonder why it took you over 2 months to leave this feedback.......

We collectively as a family loved this experience. Jen was so knowledgeable and patient with everyone. She has all the neat paranormal gadgets and is quick to debunk any false craziness. This is not your average ghost hunt! Our guide is very passionate and experienced with paranormal activity. He came with state of the art equipment and explained how each worked. Everyone in our group had a chance to “talk” with the spirits. We went to two different sites and both were active the night we were there. The more you participate the better you will have an experience. Whether you are a believer in paranormal activity this tour is very eye opening. I highly recommend it for anyone.
