My fiancé was using this service to take engagement pictures in NOLA. The client texted me one hour before my scheduled time and stated, “the photographer is having car troubles and is unable to take our photos.” They tried to find us a new photographer and were unable to find someone. We drove from out of town for this experience and waisted our time, money, and gas.

We know how much planning goes into these photos—from the outfits to the travel—and we genuinely regret the disappointment and the wasted time, money, and gas this caused, especially since you drove from out of town.
Our photographer experienced an emergency vehicle breakdown just one hour before your scheduled shoot. Our team tried to find a replacement, but unfortunately, no one was available that day.
Because we could not reach you in time, our priority was ensuring your refund was processed immediately through the platform so you wouldn't face any administrative delays.

The overall experience was a bit lack luster and disappointing. The photographer arrived late which was fine it was Mardi Gras but texted the next day to say out of 16 pictures we lost 10 due to a camera error. She did attempt to compensate with a free photoshoot but our itinerary was booked and we were unable to do it again. Also it was Mardi Gras and we already wore the outfits out and couldn’t attempt to wear them again.

We booked a photography session in New Orleans in February 2026 through Viator, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Our photographer Talon was incredibly supportive and collaborative — he didn’t just guide us with his creative direction, he genuinely encouraged our ideas as well. It felt like a fully customized experience rather than a preset or template-style shoot. The back-and-forth exchange made the session feel personal, natural, and fun.
The final photos came out beautifully and truly captured the vibe we were hoping for. The only thing to note is the delivery timeline — while the stated turnaround is 3–10 business days, you’ll likely receive them closer to the 10th day. The wait felt a little long, but once we saw the results, it was absolutely worth it.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a personalized and high-quality photoshoot. Thank you for making our memories so special!

Jasmin has an incredible eye for beautiful poses and stunning backgrounds, making the entire session feel natural and fun. We were NOT PREPARED. I unfortunately thought pictures were the next day and got the text from photographer to confirm out appt in 20 mins. So we didnt have the fresh ready look we had planned. HOWEVER we had a fun time and the photographer Talon did great.

We do send a reminder message one day before the session, and I’m sorry there was still a mix-up, as we never want anyone to feel rushed or unprepared. Talon did an excellent job of taking us around the French Quarters and getting a ton of great shots of my whole family together, my kids together and separately even though it was so crowded. He was able to maneuver us around so other people weren’t in our shots or at least not in front of us. Great job and all around great experience.
