Andrew was considerate, polite and very knowledgeable about the French Quarter History. He had wonderful stories and was engaging while telling them. The tour went to interesting locations inspired by the spirits that could be residing there.

Great tour

Evian was very knowledgeable and had such a fun spin on the “horror”. We mostly enjoyed the in-depth knowledge and the willingness to answer all of our random questions. Evian is wildly knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans and the time flew by quickly! We were very grateful we had such personalized attention and the small size of the group. I know we had a much better experience than the large groups that passed by. Thanks for the flexibility too about the schedule. It was a perfect experience!

Disappointed Tour

Very disappointed. Did not go to 4 of the places listed on the itinerary that we really want to learn about. Tour guide walk ahead of us and never told us about anything along the, just talked about the few places we stopped at. Said it was a crowded night with other tours around. Ended tour 15 minutes early

Disappointed. Guide never showed up. Up to 30 days later to be Refunded

Tour guide never showed up. Waited awhile and sent several messages, no response. Asked if we needed to reschedule. Nothing. I then Submitted a refund request, which told me that It may take 7 days to approve or deny refund, and then 30 days to receive my money back. Wow, what a disappointing experience. So, we won't be able to take a tour while we are in New Orleans. Don't trust. Stay away.

Laura, this tour did occur as scheduled. The rest of the tour participants were in attendance. We understand that the tour guide was contacted by you 15 minutes before the tour was supposed to occur and that you had a photo of them. They did not hear from you again until after the tour had begun, at which point they were focused on conducting the tour. We have no control over Viator's refund policies, and therefore can not be responsible for your refund. It has been our experience that the refunds are typically issued with in two days. We hope that is the case.
