We did a small group walking tour with Elaine as our guide. Boy am I glad we did a small group. We had a great time learning about the sordid history of New Orleans and its many haunts. Elaine is super knowledgeable and engaging, and the group was just our little family. So we were able to pass up the sluggish large groups and get an amazing tour and backstory for each of the sites. Perfect first-day-in-the-French-Quarter activity. Thanks, Elaine, for a fun, educational night.

Well, we now know the life story of our tour guide, but unfortunately not a lot about New Orleans. It ran long and was terribly boring. We left the group early to go explore on our own.

Nowhere in the description does it disclose that this is a family-friendly tour. I understand that there are certainly kids who can and will enjoy a haunted tour, but in our group there were 4 kids who, among them, wouldn’t stop talking, complaining about being tired, and being disruptive. We had assumed this would have included darker and more adult themes and really didn’t expect it to be “watered down” like it was. We left less than an hour into the tour because it’s not at all what we had planned to participate in.

My family and I absolutely loved this tour! Elaine did a perfect job of balancing out history with ghost/spooky stories. I loved learning about the architecture in buildings and she bought to our attention small things, such as spikes on the poles, that I would’ve never know were significant. I’d really recommend this tour, especially if you’re looking for a smaller group.

Learning the history of the French Quarter was amazing! I’d recommend doing the haunted tour at night, then Revisiting during the day to see everything with your new knowledge!

Our tour guide, Dalvin, was excellent in communication prior to our tour with good location information. During the tour itself he was performative, informative and extremely personable. Dalvin managed the group dynamics well and was engaged with any interested member of the group. A good combination of historical narrative and melodramatic flourishes. Highly recommend the experience and Dalvin as your guide.

I picked this tour to do with my parents; we preferred a smaller tour group and there were 8 people in total which was perfect. Our tour guide was Dalvin, he was an awesome tour guide! He was very knowledgeable in the history of the spots we stopped at giving the tour the perfect combination of spooky but informative, his style of storytelling made the tour feel very immersive into the center of the events he talked about and he very personable and polite with the whole group. I'd definitely reccoment this tour to anyone wanting to do a tour that isn't super creepy. Dalvin also brought us to a good bar stop on the tour and answered any questions we had about what the stories he was telling or even about NOLA in general.

My daughter, husband and I loved every second of this tour! Our guide, Mikko, was just the absolute best! He was so knowledgeable, thorough and entertaining! He knew so much about the history of New Orleans. He was, also, very prompt with the tour starting right on time. We have been on ghost tours before in other cities, and this one was, by far, the absolute best! Book a tour with Mikko! You will enjoy every second!

We found Mikko quite entertaining. He seems to truly love what he does and it shows. This tour agency seems to keep their groups small, which I appreciated. I could hear and didn’t feel I was having to crowd into others to do so. The ghost stories were fun, but walking through parts of the city we had missed while touring on our own was really cool.

This tour was disappointing. The guide was more interested in 'energy' and 'spirits' than history or engaging storytelling. All of the other guides we passed by seemed to be more interesting to listen to. Twice the group stopped at the bar for drinks (I came for a tour, not for drinks!) The others on tour didn't help the experience either - a group of girls who showed up visibly intoxicated, and another guy in dreadlocks smelling like weed.
Another tour earlier in the day was engaging and well-prepared but this one was not. I had a great trip to NOLA but this tour was the low point and I would not recommend.
