Our guide Sean(sp) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answered questions carefully and fully. The scenery was spectacular and breath taking. The small group made it very nice to participate

Monumental! Excellent guide who provided lots of information and clarity in pointing out the names of the mesas. You will learn which were used in movies and TVs. If you are old enough you might even remember seeing them.
We had a great time and the scenery is amazing.

You get to travel on restricted roads and get close to monuments. We had Shaun, a superior guide, who shared so much knowledge and history and personal experiences. Shaun’s stories and history felt so personal and I was touched by what I learned. The three hours was like you wasn’t ready for it to end. The Bainbridge afamily

Our guide, Larsen, made the trip incredible. We learned so much Navajo history and saw things like petroglyphs we never would have found on our own. Worth it times ten!

Cowboy was excellent. He is a wealth of information about the land, flora and fauna. The history he shared of his people made the tour so much more than we expected. The natural beauty of the monuments is breathtaking and so much more than anything you see in pictures. We can’t thank you enough for sharing your afternoon with us.

Our Navajo guide was informative, humorous, with great personality, and it was a great pleasure and a gift to meet such amazing human being. I would highly recommend anyone visiting this majestic Navajo
Land to book a tour with the same guide.

Sean (our guide) was very knowledgeable and nice. We learned a lot about the native lives and landscape from him.

This was a great tour and with a great guide. It was a good mix of viewing the beautiful formations from the vehicle, having some time on stops to see things up close, and gaining some historical and cultural perspective from the guide. When it started raining, the guide was ready with plastic raingear.

Loved the scenery and hearing about the culture. The flute music inside the rock is so beautiful. We were really glad we went on the tour

Our tour was very well done. Sean was a great guide, not only did he keep us entertained throughout our tour, but we also learned a lot about the Navajo culture & history. It was a great experience.

It was a little too cold for an open air vehicle, which took away from scenic vistas a little.
Our tour guide was very pleasant and informative. He really gave us a fascinating history lesson on Monument Valley.

We enjoyed it quite a lot, especially the Hogan visit and the arch with the amazing acoustics and excellent Navajo music.

aIt is a rough ride, but very worth the experience. Scenery you can not see anywhere else. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and explained .everything very well

On our tour of Monument Valley, Will, our guide, gave us an unforgettable experience. Besides pointing out the iconic rock formations used in famous movies, Will treated us to non-typical places and shared the background knowledge of each. He was a wealth of knowledge, especially the way he intertwined the Navajo history, influence, religion, and culture. His stories about “water” and “DNA” were mesmerizing. Will also played a Navajo drum and sang for our tour group. It was a very special experience we would recommend highly.

Be ready to learn and be amazed about the Navajo history, traditions and accomplishments. Wear a jacket for the chilly ride into the park and maybe bring a mask depending on the wind/dust.

Amazing. Once in a lifetime! Our guide Larson was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We had so much fun. Highly recommend.
Roger_W, Sep 2025

Great experience with our authentic guide Will who passed on a lot of knowledge of
Navajo culture. He took us to many areas of Monument Valley we would not have been able to see by ourselves. Unfortunately we couldn’t make our morning trip however Viator were very amenable to change our experience to a later time. Great company, terrific tour!
John_A, Sep 2025
Our guide Larson was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The sights were amazing. We saw petroglyphs that were more than 1,000 years old. Highly recommended!

Our Spiritual Tour with Navajo Spirit Tours was an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, our guide made the day feel more personal and meaningful, blending breathtaking landscapes with the stories, traditions, petroglyphs, and spirituality of the Navajo people.
Rather than rushing from one photo stop to the next, the pace was thoughtful and reflective. We learned about the sacred meaning behind Monument Valley’s formations, heard songs and stories passed down through generations, and felt invited to see the land through the Navajo worldview.
The highlight was the quiet moments in tucked-away spots that jeep tours can’t reach — areas where we could sit, listen, and feel the connection between nature and culture. Our guide was not only knowledgeable but genuinely warm, taking time to answer questions and even helping capture photos when asked.
This wasn’t just a sightseeing tour — it was a spiritual and cultural experience that gave us a deeper appreciation for the land and the people who care for it. If you’re visiting Monument Valley, I highly recommend choosing this tour for a truly unique perspective.
