Beautiful tour of Navajo Tribal Park. Guide Leander was so fun and informative. The scenery was amazing.
Derek our tour guide was great! Spent almost 3 hours taking us around the dirt back roads of the Navajo Rez , we started before sunrise and got to watch the sun come up at the desert as a back drop to the beautiful Navajo mountains. Derek explained many things weaving storytelling in between and singing. A memorable experience and thanks to Derek.
Where do I begin... first of all I would like to say a big thank you to Ty our tour guide who made our experience even more memorable and special. He gave us the history of the Valley, local natives and even sang a song for us which was a beautiful moment. He's a huge credit to the company. We did the sunrise tour and if you're debating sunrise or sunset, the sunrise is a no brainer. So peaceful, and the view of the valley is beyond comprehension. 3 hours was as a perfect time to see the main attractions of the valley, whilst stopping at the local valley shops too. Overall me and my partner loved the experience and has been the best one since starting our road trip im America. Thank you to all involved!

Monument Valley Sunset Tours
Our Navajo guide Bobby was amazing. He gave lots of information about the rock formations in the area. He did not seem bothered when I asked him tons of questions about his Navajo culture. He also pointed out all of the different rock formations and much of the history of the area. The Navajo Sandstone monuments were just amazing to see but one of the things I enjoyed the most was when Bobby teamed up with another Navajo tour guide for a cultural presentation . Bobby played the guitar and the other Navajo tour guide played wooden split tube flute. Then the other guide sang in the language while playing a Navajo drum. I think that was the highlight for me. We also heard two other Navajo guides, sing in one of the arches which created amazing acoustics. I highly recommend this Tours.
3 hours felt a bit long for a family of 5 with teenagers, but our guide Eddie was super great and explained a lot of history and showed us areas that I don’t think I could have done on my own in the rental car. I hope the family in the mini van going at it alone made it back. The roads are very sandy. The drive from Page, AZ to MV was worth this guided tour to see some amazing scenery.
Great way to see the valley. Our guide was really good, knowledgeable and made the trip very interesting. It’s 3 hours but they go very quickly.
Derrick Holiday, our guide, was excellent. He knows Navajo history and culture intimately, as well as, the history of Monument Valley.
Guide was great and informative he took us to the best spots for photos and showed us some different angles to try . He also went out of his was to make sure the whole 3 hours was filled
One small complaint it needs to be made clear that you must take not only the ticket for the tour but also the receipt for your entrance fee to the area , the local warden was very insistent we showed it even though we were guests at the lodges and had a room key . Not sure how else she expected us to get our luggage there if we didn’t pay at the booth
Jake was amazing. So special to watch the sunrise with him. Yes, it was early. But so special to be one of the few among the monuments. Saw all the gorgeous spots that visitors on the 17 mile loop are not allowed to go. It was very special to be welcomed into these special places and for Jake to share his culture with us. Thank you so much for having us!!

Had a great trip through Monument Valley. Clint, our guide did a fantastic job explaining many features. We covered a lot of ground, but plenty of time to get out for photos and explore. The sunrise was amazing, we had multiple stops for optimum sunrise photos. I would highly recommend this tour.
Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging! Would highly recommend this tour, as we didn't just do the 17 mile loop...we went into the back country and saw places those who just do the loop don't get to experience!

Such a fun and educational experience! The views are absolutely stunning. Our tour guide was fantastic, teaching us about the landscape, offering tips on how to take good pictures as well as taking lovely pictures of us, and even playing the flute for us!
It was an amazing experience. We took the sunrise tour in January and stayed at The View hotel that made starting the tour in the morning easier. If you can, plan to stay there for some amazing views from your room. The tour promptly started at 630. It was freezing cold so it’s good to be prepared with proper warm clothing. Our tour guide Bobby was very knowledgeable and took us to some of the best spots in the Valley.
Absolutely amazing! Must do the tour to see the spots that we can’t drive to on our own. Great information and beauty all around.
Without this tour, you will only see the 2 Mittens and Merrick Butte, as the path is restricted to tour guides only, so I highly recommend. All tour guides (ours and others) were very friendly and played musical instruments in some caves where the acoustics were amplified.
Elvis was a wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable about Navajo culture and the valley itself. He even gave suggestions to improve our photography. We highly recommend his services.

The tour was amazing. You get to go to certain private locations where you can't go by yourself! They made some stops so your cam go to the restrooms, eat some stuffs!

A wonderful experience. Worth getting up early for the sunrise. Our guide was filling gin but did an excellent job and played the native flute beautifully.
Nice tour of this amazing place. You ride in the back of specially equipped pickup truck with a local guide/driver. You get to see all the places the public can see plus extra back country sites only tours can access.

We took the sunset tour which was a unique and amazing experience enhanced by a fantastic guide, Liam, who brought the valley, its history and people to life. Would definitely love to return.
Elvis was wonderful. It was a great experience and would book with Viator again. Elvis drove us to many beautiful spots where we could View and take pictures, he also explained the history of each spot that he stopped at and gave us a special treat and played some beautiful flute music
