Although there is a place in Viator to tell the transportation company where to pick you up, that does not feed into the transfer companies voucher or information. It was easy to text and email with them but I think Viator should fix their feed. Driver was on time, polite and professional and I would use their service again.

We had an 11 am port pickup scheduled. We ended up being off the ship at 8 am. They called at 730 to ask if we wanted earlier, and we requested 830. They arrived about 820 and had great communication. Thanks for the flexibility and delivering us safely!

We arranged for the ride to pick us up from the Miami port, after our cruise @ 8:00am. We got off the ship and called our driver at 8:01. I couldn’t see him so I called him. He was angry and asked what had taken me so long because he had been waiting for half an hour. I told him I arranged for the ride at 8:00 and we were right on time. He then said I have been trying to call you. Why didn’t you answer? I explained to him that we had 4 young boys and all of our luggage and we were trying to get off the ship on time, which we did! He then got angry because I was looking for him on the wrong side of the street and told me to go to the eye doctor. He was very unnecessarily rude!

Viator has this transportation for this company listed as private, it is not. I wasn't expecting a van full of people for which my group paid $35 per person, and they were 20 minutes late. There were other companies at this port offering the same service for $10.00 per person. Wish I would have known that before my trip.

Used this service twice. First time was from my hotel to the Miami cruise port. I arrived in a timely manner with friendly service. The second time was from the cruise port to a hotel. Felt rushed and a lot of miscommunication is an understatement. The driver was friendly but had no problem texting and messaging while driving. There needs to be a better communication system between customers and drivers.

We were a party of 16. The transportation called at 8am stating they were ready to pick us up. Our reservation wasn't until 10am. I asked how far were they were and he said 5min away and to call when were ready. I called at 9:56am and they didn't make it until 10:50am. When they said 5 min away. Kept calling no answer however they would text and say they were in the terminal in traffic. After we saw several drivers go around over 3 times so we knew they wasn't in the terminal.

Excellent experience. Driver called to see if we were still on schedule, we weren’t. We ended up being the last group to exit the ship, then I got stopped by customs due to some jewelry purchases I made for my wife and they wanted to make sure I had paid duty tax on them. Turned out we were nearly two hours after our scheduled pick up time. The driver stayed in contact, was very understanding and gracious. I should have tipped him more! Sorry!
