Misrepresented tour

I couldn’t go on the tour because it was misrepresented. Before I booked, I was told I would be picked up at the port where I got off a cruise ship. When no one came, I called the local tour who said I had to go into Miami where I could be picked up at 10. When that tour came, they said they could only return me to that spot, not the airport not leaving me enough time to catch my 4 pm flight. I can’t get my wasted time back but I do expect a quick refund of $130.

Not a very good excursion

Started poorly with a chaotic check in as no guide was present to direct us to the coach and we had to ask each coach driver which was our correct coach. When we arrived the airboat lasted 45 mins and we were consistently told the best time of year to come is the winter months. The alligator show lasted 20 mins.

A nice wild life adventure

The boat ride was good. It was made educational with informed guidance from the boat captain. Sighting of more than three alligators was exciting

The meeting time was 10:00…no one showed until 10:30. We had called the office, but they just said they were often late. The handler and bus driver were rude. When you are in an unfamiliar city, and pay a taxi to arrive at the starting place, it would be nice to know someone was there to assist you. The airboat part was okay, the rest was just not worth the time or money.

Chaotic organization

Entgegen der Information hat das Event nicht 4 Stunden gedauert, sondern 5 Stunden (inkl Fahrt). Somit waren wir gezwungen, vom Park aus einen Uber zu nehmen statt mit dem Bus zurück zu fahren. Das hat uns satte 70 Dollar gekostet. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dieser Betrag zurückgezahlt wird. Ansonsten schalte ich einen Anwalt ein. Bitte an Kreditkarte zurück überweisen.
