We were assigned the same guide on our drive to and from the Everglades Park. It was very knowledgeable and shared a lot about the area and give us some great tourist tips. Rolando was an excellent guy would be happy to work with him again. Be prepared for any kind of weather! Overall worthwhile excursion highly recommended

It was wonderful to be picked up at my hotel. The everglades was a great way to spend a couple of hours. My pick up was right on time. The tour guide dropped me off in town so I could spend a few more hours out visiting the city. That was greatly appreciated!!

A ride worth the ride! Got picked up early at hotel in Miami. Not traffic heading out west to the Everglades. Our tour guide Rolando was awesome, and turned what should have just been a transfer into a real informative tour of the city. Only disappointment was that the boat at the tour site was large (description by aviator said “no more than 7”…per row on the air boat I guess).. saw plenty of gators, and the gator show after was neat. On the way back to South Beach Jonaldo suggested we try Little Havana because it wasn’t much of a beach day. Was one of the highlights of our trip. Spent a little more, but got door to door service and extras that made it worth it!

We really enjoyed this tour of the everglades that we extended by adding a city tour of Miami after. Our tour guide, Walker, was absolutely outstanding — He had an infectious love for history and the city. Very Knowledgeable, engaging and accommodating. Best tour guide I have had in years! Highly recommend this tour!

Our family enjoyed the experience very much. It was nice to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Walker was our driver. He was great; friendly and knowledgeable about Miami and the sights along the way. At the park he took us to see a mama and her baby alligators, which we may have missed had he not been with us. He even suggested a yummy place to stop for lunch on the way back. A great time was had by all!

Antonio was great. He found us in our hotel (waiting for our kids) and provided a super engaging and informative tour explaining the history of Miami including tons of information about alligators. We are from the Bay Area and were a bit worried about the length of the nature walk/boat ride (people in the bay can be a little intense with hikes etc) - not to worry. Everything was timed perfectly and you do not have to be in great shape. The guides in the park were friendly and also full of information. My daughters are 13 and 15 - and we all loved Miami - but this was definitely the highlight.

good experience, the airboat ride was really fun and the nature walk was really cool saw a gator with her babies. went to grab a bite to eat we got the call of the wild which includes gator bites, catfish bites, frog legs and fries and got one water and our total was $39 plus they add a $7 service charge so our total was $46 all together when i went up to pay i gave them $60 and they gave $7 back instead of $14 when we talk to the lady on the register she said if you pay with cash we automatically take $7 service charge but they already did so we ask for our receipt back and she didn’t want to but another lady came back and gave it to us and when i was trying to show her she took $14 tip instead of just $7 she offered to give us $1 to walk away, the other lady gave us our $7 back but if the lady on the register wasn’t trying to pull a fast one and actually let us explain we would’ve definitely given over $7 but that was not our best experience. the rest of the tour was great. definitely would come back again maybe not to eat though.

The driver/guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel, which was very helpful in a big city with expensive taxis. I rode in an airboat and saw birds and alligators. The scenery was incredible. It was an excellent experience.
