Great activity! It was cool to see and learn all about the beautiful houses we passed. Also saw a lot of yachts & we got close enough to get some good pictures of the cruise ships that were docked.

Enter Bayside Marketplace and walk directly ahead to the water. Once at the water - turn right and head towards the Hard Rock Cafe. Water Taxi dock is down the stairs on the left at Mambo’s Bar, just before the Hard Rock Cafe. Check in with the Water Taxi staff as soon as you arrive.

Worth the Money!

This tour was good. It lasted about an hour and was exactly as described in the online ad. It's important to note that this is a water taxi and the loading platform is right next to Hard Rock Casino. There was confusion on where we had to go which resulted in a LOT of walking. Ansy was our guide and he was very good. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Didn’t leave on time, line so long even though had purchased on line. Was told to throw away drinks before going on, when we could have finished them while waiting the extra 20 minutes before leaving the deck. Could go on, this is just the beginning.

Music was too loud to hear the guide half the time but other than that it wasn’t bad. If you’re staying in Miami Beach get off at that stop. You’re not missing anything.

Owner tried to charge us an additional fee to switch our time to board the next ride. Other boat rides offer a better customer service and better experience. Would not recommend. Took our money and never rendered service. Horrible experience!
