- Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 500 pounds (230 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.
- This experience requires good weather. If the pilot decides to cancel it due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Must show a valid photo ID ( Passport or Drivers License).
- This is a private helicopter tour. Only your group will participate.
- Not allowed : Smoking, drugs, intoxication of vaping.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers with more than 34 weeks pregnancy.

Excellent!
I booked the helicopters experience for the 80th birthday of my mum. It was a very special occasion and everything was perfect. Renata (of the administration office) supported me before and during the experience to organize a birthday surprise for my mum. The pilot George was professional and super kind. Super recommended!

While we were very disappointed that the helicopter was not available for our tour, the small plane was substituted in for the helicopter and we still were able to experience the magnificent sunset in the air above Miami Beach. The pilot was competent, the ride was smooth, and the views were spectacular. My teenage nieces thought it was the greatest thing - they did not stop taking pics with their phones the entire time. One was concerned about being airsick; however, she was just fine. We picked the right time of day, and we definitely picked the right company to book the experience. Highly recommended.

We did the sunset Miami air tour and we have nothing but good things to say! The staff was easy to work with and the pilot was calm and experienced! The ride was super smooth and we never felt unsafe! We got to see everything we wanted to see! Would recommend!

Roberto was amazing, very kind, great service. My phone died he let us use his phone to take several pictures & send it to myself. Roberto was very informative through out the fly, he checked up on us often as well. Highly recommend this activity. We went while the sun was setting beautiful experience. 10/10
