- **MINIMUM AGE IS 5 YEARS OLD**Minimum age is 5 years old and must be in a booster seat unless they are at least 4 feet 9 inches tall. Our tours are immersive, narrated experiences that require guests to remain seated and respectful of the shared environment. Children must be comfortable sitting for the duration of the tour and able to follow parent guidance.
- Please meet the Shaka Shuttle at Whalers Village shopping mall 15 minutes before the start of your tour in the grassy area in front of the valet/pick-up roundabout on the street side of the shopping mall where the bus pickups are. This is located behind the Tommy Bahama store in the mall.
- The pick up address is 2435 Kaanapali Pkwy, Lahaina, HI 96761
- If you are driving to our pick-up location, please give yourself extra time to park and get to the pick-up location. There is parking available for a fee at the Whalers Village shopping mall parking structure.
- **Drinks:** - You can bring drinks but they must be in spill proof container. There is a ABC store located right by the pick up spot and has a large variety of drinks.
- **Sunglasses** - Please bring sunglasses. The ride will be more enjoyable with sunglasses as it get windy at times.
- **Sweater or Jacket** - Sometimes it gets chilly depending on the day, especially in the open air at higher speeds. Even though we are in the tropics, some people get chilly, so bringing a sweatshirt or jacket may make the ride more comfortable.

If you would like to learn about Maui and someone else is doing the driving, this is perfect!!!! The tour guide we had was so knowledgeable about the history of the island and provided a great playlist. I cried at least two times. This island is so beautiful!!!!! I highly recommend this tour!!!! Best ever!!!

Views were spectacular and our guide Jimmy was very personable and knowledgeable. He was also well-prepared for all our needs: ponchos for rain and sunglasses for those that didn’t have any. Great way to spend a couple hours seeing parts of Maui we’d never seen.

Great introduction to Maui. Beautiful scenery and the the education is very helpful to understand more about the richness of this lovely island. This experience was disappointing. It amounted to being driven around in an open vehicle in the rain and listening to the guides music choice. He was a friendly chap and was knowledgeable about the area but where were the banyan trees???? The blowhole was not as expected which I understand is not controllable. The ponchos we were given were very thin and were not protective, besides they were very noisy when people were not smart enough to tuck them under their backs. Definitely would not recommend this tour- my $200 could have been spent better.
