  • ABOUT PENA PALACE: If you choose to visit Pena Palace. Tickets are limited and prior booking is required. To visit the Pena Palace, this tour must be booked 8 days before the tour date. If you choose to visit Quinta da Regaleira Palace we will inform you about the website to buy the tickets. And entry doesn't require an appointment. We will send you a message informing you of the links to purchase Tickets. If you have booked the tour less than 8 days in advance. There is a risk of not visiting the Pena Palace due to the tickets running out at the appointment time 9:30am. We do not make visits at other times after the first entry because they involve high losses in waiting time. Long waiting lines. Sintra has much more to visit. And the first entry is the only one that is acceptable to have a good experience.
  • To avoid wasting time on lines and waiting times. Please inform us if you want to customize the tour and We will do the Best Plan for you.
  • if there is no communication from you or if you do not book tickets for the Pena Palace. The Quinta da Regaleira Palace will be the Palace you will visit. We give priority to the Quinta da Regaleira Palace if you do not tell us which Palace you want. As indicated previously.

Ok - not really a tour

For this price, I would expect more information and history. This I Was more of a private driver hired to take you around. The tours inside the different cities are not included. You are left to figure things out on your own. Better if I did a group tour

You should always pay attention to the information given by the guide to you before visiting the monument and the cities. Your comment surprises us. And always looking to do and give our best. But when something doesn't match up correctly. We always respond honestly and transparently. Especially an impolite comment for failing to mention the facts listed below. Is important to remember that you arrived late at the tour, that you slept in the car while the guide was talking, when you interrupted the guide to talk on your cell phone several times and left him waiting. And above all, If you were so interested in the information, you would have been given the attention and respect. You didn't ask questions or even show interest during the tour and did not communicate with the guide about any doubts. This way, it becomes difficult for any guide. Just a perfect day

I spent a perfect sunny day with Cesar on a whole-day private tour visiting Sintra with all its surrounding highlights, the Cabo da Roca, stopping for a nice lunch after my request, driving along the Guincho beach… simply amazing. I really enjoyed being a sole passenger, enjoying a nice, comfortable and clean car, having my guide fully to myself, adjusting to my wishes and my pace of moving from one highlight to the other. No need to wait for anybody… what a pleasure! It’s simply worth every cent. If you book the private tour with Cesar, make sure you express your wishes, your expectations - just tell him how you would like to spend the day. The more you will share, the more he will make it all happen. It’s up to you! Enjoy!

Car Too Small for Four People!

It was an OK tour to Sintra and Cascais, but the car our guide used for the tour was too small for four people. Three of us were crushed into the back seat which made it uncomfortable for all of us. We are all seniors and were left at the gate to walk up to the Pena Palace first thing in the morning so we could get there before the tours started. It was a little too much for me and I had a difficult time. I would have preferred taking the bus up to the Palace even if it cut into our tour time. The seafood restaurant our guide took us to for lunch was expensive and had bad service. The waiter forgot my order all together and I ended up eating off the plates of my friends'. Very disappointing! Also I would have liked to spend some time in downtown Cascais instead of merely driving through it. Our tour in Cascais consisted of a stop at a dock overlooking the city, the restaurant, and Cabo do Roca. If you are going to take this tour, do some research first and then ask the guide to take you exactly where you want to go - don't leave it up to him. He was a very nice guy and pleasant to talk to, but I didn't get out of the tour what I would have liked to.

You wanted to do a reservation at one restaurant, so your guide did to help you to do a reservation. You are free to choose. The restaurant services is not our responsibility.
