We had an amazing tour with Miguel...

We had an amazing tour with Miguel on this day long journey from Lisbon to Sintra to Cascais. Our tour had five people on it, which made it even more fun. We spent over an hour at the Castle and gardens. The setting was magnificent and the castle was beautiful. Then we drove, making several more stops, to look at beautiful lakes, the ocean, etc. Off the beaten track was the nice restaurant that we went to for lunch. The food and service were good, but I felt that 20 euros additional per person was a bit high, considering the cost of the trip. Lunch did include wine for the table. Later that day we visited Cascais, the most beautiful village on the ocean. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to really enjoy the stop, as we had to get back to Lisbon. That was disappointing.
