The tour started at 9:05 at which time we walked to the tram station and then waited for the tram till 9:51 AM. Apparently trams dont run on schedule. We walked down to do the boat ride and then had a 20 minute break. The boat ride was in a gray line boat, without any commentary and the boat itself was small and the ride turbulent, water came in and soaked our shoes! we then got off the boat and he pointed out a few things on the way to get the pastries. We did not see any attraction from inside and the one cathedral we did go inside, the guide did not accompany us.
After the pastries we were told that the tour was over, it was 12:35 PM. Per the itinerary the tour should have lasted 4 1/2 hours. Enough said. Multiple people on the tour wondered about a refund.

Great tour, Rui was both informative and personable. The tram was an interesting means of transportation that ended with beautiful views of the river. The boat ride to Belem was the highlight culninating in Belem. The tour ended at monastery and church where you are freely able to vidit at your own leisure. I did not want to pass up the opportunity to see Vasco de Gama tomb and the stained glass. Well worth it!

Ricardo was an excellent guide: informative, knowledgeable and personable. Proficient communication. Nice little extras like seeing the Natas bakery operation and tasting. Great tour, great guide in a great city. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Very nice walk around the old part of town with a cable car ride to get to the top to f the hill and then walk down. Roy gave us great detail including some in depth details on the city’s and countries history. Very nice boat ride to take us to Belem Tower and the Monestary.
