Don't waste your money

Overpriced, definitely not worth $400. The driver commented that he was hungry several times during the tour, and stopped at restaurants throughout, attempting to guilt us to buy him food, despite only one quick food stop listed on description. We did not see many of the sites listed on the description. We couldn't hear the driver, as he was talking toward the road and we were behind him. The cart needed speakers for passengers to hear the driver. There are no shock absorbers on the cart, so the constant jarring from the cobblestone street made for an uncomfortable ride. I would not recommend this tour to see the sites of Lisbon. I recommend taking a site seeing tour bus instead.

The is was our first time taking a Tuk Tuk! It was an amazing experience and Dell made us feel so comfortable. Dell was knowledgeable and we appreciated her knowledge of the city!

Rip off Tuk Tuk

We got ripped off by this tour company. We booked a pick up at our hotel and they were unable to do this. I asked for a refund from them and they said to ask you guys - I did ask Viator for a refund and of course you needed to reach out to the tuktuk people who refused to give it. However they said they couldn’t come and to ask for a refund which I did and THEN showed up 20 minutes late after we had already booked another tour. It was terrible and the guy didn’t even speak English so it was not worth the money in the first place. Then after I left. Trust Pilot review Viator responded they had refunded my tour which. THEY DID NOT! You can’t get customer service from third party sites anymore!! The customer always loses. I am never using Viator again!!!

We were unable to apologise earlier because you blocked us and stopped talking to us on Wpp. We understand how disappointing it must have been not to receive the service you expected, especially after planning your day around it. The confusion regarding the hotel pick-up was advised because your booking was on 25 April, a bank holiday and therefore many streets were cut through the city and this made it difficult for the guide to reach you. We tried to communicate with you as best we could and the most viable way of not keeping you waiting was to send our excellent guide João, but as he is German, he has a bit of an accent when he speaks English. Although there seems to have been a breakdown in communication between the platforms, we take full responsibility for our part and are very sorry for the impact this has had on your trip. Please be aware that we are already analysing this incident internally to ensure that it does not happen again, and we will follow up directly with the team involved. If you have not yet received your refund and are willing to give us another chance to resolve the issue, please contact us directly as we are endeavouring to take care of the matter for you.
