Sun, Fun, and excellent people. 5th generation Key West local Chase was amazing and I wish I had got the captains name and other deck hand. I got so many laughs in and the fishing was great. Once the bite was on IT WAS ON!! People seen a baby hammerhead shark and then a huge shark came up and smashed another fisherman’s line as he was reeling in. As far has sea sickness it wasn’t a problem it was mellow water. The boat was clean and the tackle taken care of. I can’t wait to come back.

Scheduled multiple sea outings over 3 days. All cancelled for weather ( high winds). Water appeared normal from what we could see

This was a fun fishing trip. The captain and mates were helpful and brought positive energy to the trip. My husband, 16-year-old, and I enjoyed our day! (It would be a long day for smaller kids; I think 12 and up would be good). The crew cleaned our catch (mutton snapper and yellow tail snapper), and we took our fish to the restaurant Kaya—where they prepped it 3 different ways (all were fabulous). I am not into fishing, and I enjoyed a beautiful day on the water and watching others fish. This was an affordable way to experience fishing in Key West! My teen said it was his favorite part of our vacation!

Although the fish were hiding from us, Captain Alex did a great job trying to get us on top of the fish. Tommy and Chase were very helpful. Chase kept the trip very fun. It was a great trip. I will definitely do it again.

The boat leaves promptly at the set time, so make sure you arrive at the time stated. Parking is expensive, be prepared to pay to park if not staying close by. The crew is nice and friendly. The fishing was a little disappointing, we only caught 4 smaller fish to make ceviche, not enough to cook. Be prepared to remove your own fish unless you want to wait. Only 2 crew and one captain for 20 people for them to help! The boat ride was nice and the view is beautiful! A long morning in the Gulf of America, so make sure to have snacks and water with you. There is a snack bar and drinks are available.

Such a great time! It’s about an hour ride out and back and 3 hour of fishing. Chase made it fun and did a good job helping the inexperienced fisherman. Definitely ask Chase to help you catch the Strawberry Grouper! Special tip for you catch - take it to Kaya and have it prepared. It is AMAZING!

My wife and I did this for the second time. We love it and everyone caught a lot of fish. A lot of fun with a good group of people and a skilled and knowledgable crew. We will be doing it again next year.

Takes about 1-1/2 hr to reach fishing spot and another on the way back. Then charter relocated for another better fishing spot. Great crew and support. Will filet your fish when you get back. You'll pay $25 to have a A&B restaurant cook it though that stunk!

Caught fish on the first cast!!!! The fish that you catch can be cooked by the local restaurants which is awesome if you and your family are on vacation.

Great experience! I am not too familiar with salt water fishing and the staff took their time in explaining how the reels work. The ship is US Coast Guard certified and prioritize the safety of the ship and crew. You can tell the staff are treated well and are happy to be there. Even though it was a slow day, they went to more than 1 location and shuffled a few people so they could try to catch some fish. You also got to eat what you catch at a few local restaurants and they cut the fish for you.

For your money and time, this fishing charter was worth it! My partner and I caught lots of fish off of the stern- although, people fishing off of the side of the boat seemed to catch a lot more fish! We saw a variety of fish, sharks, and a dolphin on our way back! I would highly recommend this fishing charter while in Key West! Lovely crew and captain!!

When a delayed flight and arriving after rental car company being closed so we couldn’t get our rental car left us stranded in Miami, we were unable to make it to the keys. This company refunded our money in full. We are so grateful for understanding in our situation. Thank you so much! When we visit Key West in the future, we will be booking a charter with you!

The crew was amazing! We had never ocean fished before and they were there to assist every step of the way. With swells between 3 and 5 feet they had trouble getting the anchor to hold so most of our time was spent waiting. Also because of the weather conditions there wasn’t many keeper size fish caught. The trip should have been called early on. We were the only boat anywhere in sight. So many people ended up seasick.
To make up for it the captain gave us extra fishing time, however it didn’t really help the fish biting. Even with chumming, there weren’t a lot caught.
Overall, still had a fine first trip. Crew can’t control the weather.

These racist people insulted me, and pulled away from the dock while I was calling to them not to leave me. They did not care that I was right there and had paid like everyone else. They pulled away from the dock while I was telling them I was signed up for the fishing trip. They obviously did not want black people on their boat. Then, the agent insulted me. This was a horrible experience!!’ No one should ever use this service.

We are sorry but racism had nothing to do with why the boat left. You arrived at the dock after 8a and the boat left at its scheduled 8am time. You should have been at the dock at 7:30am to check in and for safety talk which is listed on our documents. If we had called the boat back, it would have delayed the trip by 30 mins. That would not have been fair to other guests who arrived on time.
