Tyler is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We enjoyed the tour very much. We highly recommend it. Shuttle was clean and comfortable.
Tyler was excellent. I have used Viator before and he is by far the best. Very professional, knowledgeable and safe. Did I say SAFE? It is so important to go on an excursion in a new place with someone local who is a people person and understands how to show you the best sites and communicate history and local customs. Thank you Tyler and Viator for making this a memorable excursion and vacation.

Our registration, pickup and drop off went seamlessly. We didn’t register until the day before (I don’t recommend this) but were made very comfortable through the correspondence we received. The tour itself was great. A thorough experience of Oahu. Our guide, Bodhi, was absolutely amazing! The only thing more impressive than his knowledge about everything Hawaii, was his unique method(s) of sharing what he knows. His delivery was interactive for anyone who wanted to participate, and for those who didn’t, they could sit back and enjoy the beautiful scenery and soak up what others had to offer.
Having travelled extensively in many countries, I’ve learned that a great guide can make all the difference between simply seeing a place and truly understanding it. Tyler Marsh was one of those guides.
His knowledge of Oahu, Hawaiian culture, history, and local life was outstanding, but what really stood out was his ability to present it all in a relaxed, engaging, and entertaining way. He kept the entire group interested throughout a full day of touring and was always happy to answer questions.
The scenery around Oahu is spectacular, but Tyler’s commentary, stories, and local insights added a dimension that we would never have experienced on our own. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and clearly passionate about sharing his island with visitors.
This was one of the best guided tours we’ve taken in Hawaii. Highly recommended, and Tyler deserves every one of these five stars
This is a nice small group, so it is more efficient than larger bus tours. Our guide, Tyler, was born and raised on Oahu. He is very knowledgeable and entertaining! My 17 and 22 year old daughters really enjoyed this, and they are hard to please!
Heather was great. We did not stop at all stops as listed. Had to call the tour operator for pick up details as the information wasn’t clear.

Our driver was Nevin, he was a bit late picking us up but this did not ruin our experience. Nevin is a great tour guide/driver. He was even willing to help us take photos and talk about life growing up in Hawaii.

Christine was very knowledgeable about the island. We covered a lot of ground. It would have been nice to stop at more north shore beaches, but time doesn’t allow for that.

Did not follow the itinerary. We really wanted to stop in Haleiwa town as advertised but it did not happen. I suggest Viator get in touch with Daniel’s and advertise the accurate trip. Was a good way to get an idea of the island and see some highlights. Christine was very informative and knew a lot about the island.
Tour did not follow iternary. Disappointed. Tour guide was nice and where we did stop was nice. People in group treated the tour more like a taxi than a tour... may talked during the ride while guide was trying to share information of sites. I should have paid more attention to the reviews. I only saw review that mentioned this but it was an important review. Driver seemed completely shocked when brought to her attention. I will not recommend this trip until the iternary reflects the tour truthfully. Please do not make excuses regarding traffic or people did not adhere to time for stops... this would not be true.

The Small Group Excursion Provider (Daniels) charged extra for pickup, and Was late.
The Company of Daniels (employees) were not on the same page, which made it difficult to advised my 14 Family members of instructions, payment and time of pickup. However, the Driver apologized, and was quite friendly, and cooperative to fulfilled contract set forth by Viator. There is much confusion within the Daniels' Office among the employees. This makes it difficult to do future business with them.
Time is an estimate. Be flexible and gracious. Do not get the pineapple whip where you stop for lunch, wait til you go to Dole. It is the best!

Excellent driver/tour guide, Christine. She knew the best place to stop for lunch, the "Shrimp the Bomb", a local treasure. We loved the macadamia nut farm.

This was amazing! especially for solo travelers who have a day or two extra and want to still get out beyond the main strip. The samples, the shops the locations, the information of history was immaculate! Our driver Tyler was absolutely the best and took great care of us! i wouldn’t want it any other way ❤️✨
Big waves on the North Shore are seasonal and unfortunately we didn’t go in the right season. The rest of the tour and our guide Nevin was great. Dole could have been skipped as it was too crowded and too short. My only complaint was they don’t pick up at the cruise port.
