It was so nice to be welcomed by a friendly driver with beautiful leis for us on arrival. He was very helpful with our bags and drove us in a luxurious vehicle to our hotel. It was worry free and relaxing. After a very long trip to get here. I’d recommend it for everyone!

This was a perfect transport to airport. Alena was a great driver, she arrived early, sent picture of vehicle which made finding her easy. Dropped us off right where we needed to be.
Arrived on time and got us safely to our hotel. Helped with our luggage - and we had a lot. Loved the lei greeting

Aloha Roberta,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear we arrived on time, got you safely to your hotel, and were able to help with your luggage. We're especially glad you loved the lei greeting — it's one of our favorite ways to welcome guests with true aloha spirit. Providing warm, reliable private airport transportation in Hawaii is what we love to do.
We hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Hawaii.
Mahalo and aloha,
Paradise Hawaii Tours 🤙
Our driver, Alena, was awesome! She was on time and in contact with us as soon as we got off the plane and was eagerly waiting for us with our leis. We were delayed about 30 minutes waiting for our luggage as the luggage transfer belt was having technical difficulties. She was very patient and helped us get our luggage to the car and unloaded at our resort. It was a great way to start our Hawaiian vacation!
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Aloha Nanette, mahalo for the wonderful review! We're so glad Alena was on time, stayed in touch from the moment you landed, and greeted you with leis. Her patience during the luggage delay and help getting your bags to the car and resort is exactly the aloha we want every Honolulu airport transfer to start with. Alena will be happy to hear your kind words. We hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Hawaii. Mahalo and aloha! 🤙 — Paradise Hawaii Tours
He seemed to be in a rush when he picked us up at the airport. On the way to his van he walked a lot faster than us. Me wife can’t walk that fast.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Aloha David, thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry the walk to the vehicle felt rushed and that the pace was not comfortable for your wife. Our drivers should adjust to each guest’s pace and make the airport arrival feel relaxed. We’ll address this with our team. Thank you for choosing Paradise Hawaii Tours.
It was good but it seemed like she was just doing a job. Something she does every day, which i can understand but it wasn't as welcoming as I would have liked. It was late at night so I'll give her a pass.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Aloha Patricia, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your late-night arrival did not feel as warm and welcoming as it should have. Even at a late hour, our service should feel personal, friendly, and attentive. We’ll review this with our team. Thank you for choosing Paradise Hawaii Tours.
Relax, enjoy and know he will be there to meet you after a looong flight- reliable and professional. The pictures were very welcome :)

Aloha Juliet, mahalo for your wonderful review. We’re glad your driver was there to welcome you after the long flight and that the reliable, professional service and photos made your arrival easier. Thank you for choosing Paradise Hawaii Tours for your Honolulu airport transfer.
Driver was early, which was a good thing, but I expect a smile, a “welcome to Hawaii”, a greeting of some sort. I had to ask her to place the lei on my sister and brother in law instead of you ordered leis? Driver seemed rushed, we could barely keep up with her. Not sure she understood English - We asked her questions and she didn’t understand, Not worth the extra money.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Aloha Laurie, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We are sorry the greeting did not feel as warm or welcoming as it should have, especially with the lei arrival experience. Your driver being early is important, but the service should still feel friendly, clear, and unrushed. We will review this with our team so future arrivals are handled with better communication and aloha. We appreciate you choosing Paradise Hawaii Tours and regret that this visit did not meet your expectations.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience! Danny was so kind and helpful once we arrived at the airport. He was waiting for us with a sign to clearly indicate who he was there for and gave us such a warm and welcome greeting. He offered so many tips and recommendations for trip and the ease of conversation was wonderful, it was like he was catching up with old friends. And I really appreciate him being so accommodating when our flight was delayed. Plus the vehicle in which we rode was very nice, clean and spacious.
