It was so nice to be welcomed by a friendly driver with beautiful leis for us on arrival. He was very helpful with our bags and drove us in a luxurious vehicle to our hotel. It was worry free and relaxing. After a very long trip to get here. I’d recommend it for everyone!

Amazing all around.

All went smoothly. Alena met us in baggage claim as she said she would. We were delayed in getting off the plane due to lack of wheelchair staff, but she waited for us. She was parked just a short distance away and helped us with our luggage.

After arriving from a long and sleepless flight, Danny made the arrival effortless and welcoming. He had guided us in the vehicle while he took care of uploading the luggage’s and even took them inside the hotel for us. He was really nice and offered recommendations of what to do. Overall I highly recommend Danny!!

I had the wrong flight number, they texted me to let me know. And I gave the correct flight number. And the driver was there and on time to take us to our hotel. He welcomed us to Hawaii and greeted us with a lei to wear around our necks

Our flight was very late due to the Kona storm. Once we did arrive - it took over an hour for our bags to show up in the airport. Vincent was there, friendly, and offered to stay longer than expected to make sure we got to our hotel.

Only thing I could ask for if I could have more was a bit more interaction and a “tour guide” feel while route to our hotel.
Otherwise top notch! My wife loved the Lei.
