Excellent service and timely. Our host was very communicative. Everything went extremely smooth. I would definitely this service. The lei greeting was great as well. The lei's were fresh. All in all I would suggest it to everyone I know.

Our driver arrived on time and waited so patiently with us while we waited for such a long time for our bags to come off the plane. The floral leis were so nice and she took a group picture of us.

Danny was great welcoming us at bag claim. The Leis were beautiful and glad we got a picture at the airport wearing them. Because they are fresh they do not last long. Van/bus was very comfortable.

Peter was at the baggage claim waiting for us and he texted us to let us know he was there. Beautiful leis that smelled wonderful. Peter was a great driver and was full of information for us. Highly recommend if you want the experience of a lei greeting.

Driver was late. I was expecting a little more for the Lei greeting. Then he dropped us off on the parking lot of the hotel and we had no idea where to go. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Vincent was wonderful! He texted me the morning of our arrival to confirm our flight and hotel details and he met us at baggage claim exactly as he said he would. He ended up having to wait longer than usual for us because our checked bag was misplaced and the airline had to track it down. He pointed out landmarks on the way to our hotel and was very helpful. So glad we booked with him!

Our driver, Danny, was wonderful. He gave us a “driving tour” narrating the highlights we passed between the airport and our hotel on Wakiki Beach. He was extremely courteous and made our arrival in Honolulu ( after many hours of travel) very welcoming and relaxing. Danny helped us totally with our bags (which were many and heavy!). And he sent me a list of recommendations on restaurants and activities in the area… very helpful!

It was wonderful experience. Our flight was even early and yet beautiful Alena was there waiting for us at baggage claim. She kept in contact with me the day before and up until she saw us. It was a wonderful surprise for my kids. They didn’t expect to be welcomed as they were. They told me they loved it. I did it as a surprise and it was perfect. Great service, thank you !

Highly recommend! This was a beautiful experience for my granddaughter’s first trip to Honolulu. Our driver Dan was amazing. He texted me before our flight with reminders. He was waiting for us at the baggage claim. Dan was helpful and provided additional information about Honolulu.

Thank you for greeting us and taking us to our resort safely! We apologize for our delay we had a little trouble looking for the baggage claim and it was a long walk as well. The leis are beautiful! They smell good and I didn’t know they were real. I wish I can take them back home with us. I know it’s not going to last by the time we head back.

Of our flight to let us know what to expect and was extremely patient and helpful as we dealt with lost luggage on arrival. He was very friendly and even gave us great suggestions for activities and places to eat. What a wonderful way to start our vacation!

I would highly recommend this transport service. Booking was easy, we received texts ahead of our arrival for a meeting place at the airport and our driver, Alena was pleasant and welcoming. Alena had to wait an extra 1.5-2 hours extra after the baggage system at the airport broke down. She remained very pleasant and accommodating through the ordeal. We chose to purchase the ride with an orchid lei greeting. You won’t go wrong reserving with this transport service!
