Nevin did an excellent job of guiding the tour and deserves a lot of credit for being so young and having such depth of knowledge...the only issue is that we stopped at too many tourist traps, but that's part of the experience.

With our guide Tyler, we took in the scenic views of the east and north shores of Oahu where we learned of the surfing culture and sites, Hawaiian culture and history with stops for coffee a fab shrimp lunch. Great day spent learning and laughing.

Tyler was great. We will recommend his tour to all our friends who visit Hawaii. I only wished that the bus werent so packed as there were people sneezing and coughing and we were packed in tight enough to get sick, too. No one wants to get sick while on vacation.

Our tour guide was amazing. We toured with a small group and it was so much fun. We saw so many amazing sights. We stopped for lunch at an amazing outside restaurant. It was a long day and we loved every moment.

The guide was not only knowledgeable but also an incredible storyteller, making every stop come alive with fascinating history and local insights. The flexible schedule allowed us to truly enjoy each destination without feeling rushed, which made the day so much more enjoyable.
While it’s possible to rent a car and explore on your own, you’d be missing out on the depth of the island's culture and the hidden gems that this tour provides. Without the guide, you’d just drive past spots that are well worth stopping for but wouldn’t even know about.
If you want to experience the best of Oahu, learn about its history and culture, and make the most of your time, this tour is absolutely the way to go. Highly recommend it!

The staff when booking was amazing. Very polite checked in with us and still going out of their way to make sure we are good , I couldn’t have been more happier. We got the most Amazing tour guide , he was an angel , Lucas was wonderful, bless his heart he was polite , respectful and went out of his way to show us everything. Making sure we are okay . Checking in all the time great conversation we had so much laughs and shared our cultures it felt like we have know him forever , he made our experience lovely and it was worth it.

Lucas, was so knowledgeable and funny. I enjoyed the tasty lunch, stopping to see the beach views and riding through the different parts of the island where the residential houses and island folks outside of the tourists area. Our tour was conducted by All Star tours with DJ Ray Ray and Johnny. We hit all the promised spots, but these personalities made it fun. They were knowledgeable but comedic, and really nice making everyone feel like family. The shrimp lunch at Taka(I think) was so delicious. As I said, the guides were full of personality, so expect the unexpected.

Ethan, our tour guide, was the absolute best and the reason I would recommend this tour to everyone. He was very knowledgeable and also so friendly and accommodating. We got to see so much, and had great food along the way. I learned a lot about Hawaiian history and culture.

The tour operator canceled the trip due to lack of people signed up. Tried to set up another trip but could get it worked out. Did not have enough time to reschedule as we were flying out next day.

Our records show, we offered a few alternative dates, but unfortunately these dates didn't work for you.
The tour description on Viator shows we need at least 4 guests to run the semi-private island tour.
However, we understand the disappointment on your end and we are working on a solution.
From today on we will offer guests a heavily discounted private tour in case the semi-private tour is under the minimum.

We booked this tour for our honeymoon because in the description it says that it is a small group tour with comfort seats for the premium experience.
We were told the day before that the tour was “upgraded for additional activities” so we weren’t given any other choices.
The result being they actually downgraded us to another tour and outsourced us to All star tour is only $79 per person where we paid about $140 USD per person
When we get picked up in the morning the driver did not even have our names and had to call up Daniel to make sure we were part of the tour
Disappointing experience and Very poor organisation i can tell they just throw us with all star tour because of the following:
-We didn’t get picked up from our hotel and had to walk to a pick up area.
-We didn’t get the snorkel equipments like the others had and so we had to buy our own.
-There wasn’t water provided on the bus like on the description
-For the vehicle it was not the van they had in the picture it was a tour bus (more like a school bus) with 24ppl crowded because we weren’t on the drivers booking list we were sent to the very back. Seats were not comfortable
-Communication with operator was poor they had to send us a message to confirm that we are on the All star tour bus and this further proofs that we were outsourced to another tour group
At least be honest and communicate with us with our bookings and refund the difference in price or something not ghosting us when we try to reach out

Actually the tour you went on was longer than the tour you booked and we communicated this. Daniels Hawaii Customer is very open with all communication, because we believe this is the best way to communicate.
Yes, the group you were on was bigger than 14 passengers. We always communicate this and give our guests the option to go on tour with the bigger group or reschedule and go with a smaller group.

A nice way to spend the day. Really enjoyed it. Sightseeing, shopping, and lunch. The driver was cool too, very knowledgeable about the island.
