We had a wonderful day, but it dud not start out as if it would be. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A SHUTTLE, NOT A TOUR. We misread the offering.
Our Driver (Masa) was very gracious. When we arrived at the drop-off point he let off all his other passengers, and the offered to drive us further east, stopping at various beaches, visas, and shops. As I mentioned, we had a wonderful day because our Driver went out of his way to make that way.
Driver was very kind, kept us updated on when we would arrive at North Shore. We got there just in time to check in for our 8:30 departure for shark diving! Driver made sure we knew where and when we would be picked up. Ensured we were all on the shuttle before leaving. Very stress free and was nice to not have to worry about where we were going, traffic and if we would arrive in time!
great way to take part of day to see some of the North shore- plenty of time at Waimea and in Haleiwa.
this was a great way to see two North Shore locations - dropped off at Waimea and botanical garden with 2 hours to meander - plenty of time to get to the falls (but not swim) and see the gardens; then picked up and had about 3 hours to walk around Haleiwa- plenty of time to shop, have lunch and shave ice. picked up right near our hotel at 7:30 and back around 3/3:30, without the hassle of car rental, driving and parking esp. when Haleiwa gets busy! I actually did this shuttle twice - my husband couldn't go day one and I enjoyed it so much happy to go again so he could see the falls and the town..
On time pick up on both ends. Polite, professional driver. A great way experience Haleiwa without having to rent a car. 5 hours is the perfect amount of time to see the whole town, shop and have lunch. Highly recommend.

Massan Jacky was very professional and accommodating to everyone’s needs. He would point out famous historical sites with explanation along the way. I felt very safe on his care with driving
Excellent and easy way to get to spend a day on the North Shore from busy Waikiki. They let me spend extra 3h as there were only few people in the vans. Best service ever!!!
Easy booking, pick up on time. Friendly driver. Time at North Shore was a bit short to explore the area but for those that can’t drive, would recommend

We got to swim with sharks and get to know the city.
Excellent communication driver on time , coral crater was fab, only negative did not get longer in wet and Wilde.
The shuttle driver was kind, conscientious and very professional. He made the trip from Waikiki to the North Shore very pleasant! I was traveling alone with our toddler and he was very kind and patient too. Highly recommend!
Seeing the turtles and all of the great shops and food. Loved watching the surfers as well. Look forward to coming back.
Excellent service! Last minute I had to call to reschedule my trip for the next day and they were very nice and accommodated me with no issues. I received a text to set up my pick up place at my convenience and when I called to reschedule they answered the phone right away even though it was late at night. The driver was very professional, greeting everyone with a smile, punctual and patient. I highly recommend them!
