The guy who took us from the hotel to the airport was sick coughing all the time he was not waring a mask
This is not right if someone who is sick like that he should not be working
We were worried to catch his virus

This is the best transportation experience I ever had in Hawaii. The driver is very friendly, punctual, and professional. He texted me where to meet at the airport, which is very convenient for finding him. The vehicle is a luxury 2023 Cadillac Escalade, which is spacious. It is equipped with rear entertainment TVs and WiFi, and my son enjoyed watching YouTube. This is my second time using this service. I will certainly use this service again when I visit Hawaii next time. Highly recommended for everyone.

Everything about our experience with Viator was great. They worked to find us someone available to transport us to our hotel from the airport, even though we gave them short notice. Our instructions were promot, clear and easy to follow. Our driver arrived right on time, professionally dressed, and driving a beautiful spacious Cadillac Escalade. We will definitely use this company again and will definitely request this same driver.

Even after our 1st ride from the airport to the hotel. I could call him for anything and he would help us out.
He even found a Chick-fil-A for my boys and did a drive thru.

We opted to have a car service meet us at the airport and drive us to our Waikiki condo rental rather than use a ride-share app. After making the reservation, the driver provided a picture via text message showing us where to meet the car which was very helpful and reduced any anxiety we had about finding our ride. Highly recommend if you're looking for a personalized experience with someone you can trust to drive you safely from the airport to your hotel or condo.
