Itinerary

This audio tour is perfect for those who want to choose their start time, go at their own pace, and avoid touring with a large group. You’ll also cover lots of ground and learn about details you might overlook if you didn’t have an audio guide. You can also do this tour in under an hour, so the rest of your day is free. Or, if you want to spend more time at the sites, you’re free to do that.

The tour starts at the easy to find Denver Central Market, where you can find coffee, snacks, and more to get you fueled up for your tour. From here the guide will go from artwork to artwork, explaining the murals in the River North Art District (RiNo). The tour finishes at the Queen Stat Mural, which is close to the starting point at the market, so you’ll be familiar with the stopping point.

Flexible self guided tour but out of date

The self guided is great if u don't want to be on a set schedule. This particular recording is outdated though. Not all the art described is still there. It's been painted over.

Unfortunately it didn’t work properly. When I opened it, all I got was a google map with only a starting point marked, no destinations, no points of interest, nothing to guide the tour. And the starting point it offered wasn’t even where we wanted to begin. I wasn’t able to access any of the features or get the tour to load, so overall it was a disappointing experience

At first I was skeptical about doing this alone and I am so glad I did. Many of the reviews said that some of the murals wasn’t there but it was fine. This self guided tour got me out of my hotel room and into the streets with fun fact. I love the self pace as every now and then I stopped for an adult beverage along the way. Very worth the price. Great to do alone or with someone. The murals are the best I’ve ever seen. Thank you for having this adventure for the solo travelers!!!

For less than $10, this is a no brainer. The art was beautiful. The recordings were excellent. The navigation from spot to spot was not the easiest software…but no big deal. What a neat service for a solo traveler.

We loved the tour however this needs to be updated - street art gets updated/recreated frequently so much of the art on this tour has been painted over by new art. We liked the narrartor but could have done without the steam whistle

The set-up for this tour was much to detailed. Too many downloads and click throughs for something that should have been simple. Although we started at Central Market the auditory system didn't work, and when we called the help number the person who answered was unable to assist. I would not recommend it.

The podcast was outdated (murals decribed are not there anymore) so it made it difficult to orient myself, so I had to pause often. The facts provided are not that intersting and it makes us walk in a sketchy neighborhood.

Sorry to hear that! A few sites have changed as is noted in other comments. This area is a 'live' mural area, and some walls are repainted often. Other buildings and some murals are permanent :)

Good introduction to a very special area of Denver. Am staying in an AirBNB nearby and missed a lot before going on this tour. The recording is a little out of date. Some changes have happened in the neighborhood.

It was very enjoyable looking at the different art along the way. Sadly there was graffiti over some of the art, but still very enjoyable. I wish we would have listened and taken down notes of the way we would go through out, instead of focusing and trying to figure it out along the way,; it kind of distracted from the fun! The Dochi Donuts was a "Hit" for all of our group, YUM!

The directions were simple & easy to follow. I liked being able to pause & start up again. We saw some murals we would have missed if on our own. It was great ending up at Denver’s Central Market. People should be encouraged to go inside. It’s wonderful!
