Historic, beautiful...

Dori_T, Sep 2025
Historic, beautiful cities-Boston, Lexington and Concord. Enjoyed the narrative and scenery. After doing a three hour walking tour of Boston the day before the mini van was very much appreciated

Perfect to start you trip in Boston

We couldn’t recommend Peter any higher! We knew so much and gave us an incredible tour and history lesson. Highest recommendation!

Lots of history and a very knowledgeable tour operator. Puts the history of Boston in a very understandable perspective.

Superb Experience

Peter was amazing. He had a breath of knowledge that made the experience so much better. Very accommodating and understanding. On the whole it was a very worthwhile experience

Great history trip & experience

YooJin_A, May 2024
This was a perfect way to spend half the day to see all the historical sites of Boston and experience Lexington and Concord in the comforts of a private van. Peter, our guide, was like a living encyclopedia. If you have limited time and want to get a compact tour, see all the sites, get the history and stories behind them and get to visit historical areas that started the revolution, this tour is for you. On the way back we also got a drive tour of Harvard and MIT. The tour is well paced too. We never felt rushed or felt we didn't have enough time to experience something long enough. We actually ended up needing a nap to recover from an intensive educational trip! But it was totally worth it.

Like a Private Tour

This is a great way to see more of the historical sites in a day. Also, being in a mini van, it is like a private tour.

Excellent historical tour of Boston, Lexington, etc.

Put Revolutionary War into perspective with locations followed by detailed explanations of circumstances.

Our Day in Boston/Lexington & Concord

Claudia_N, Jul 2023
We enjoyed every minute of our day. Peter was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He even made us reservations for lunch! I highly recommend this tour.

Great tour! Highly recommend!

Great tour. Highly recommend. Peter is a subject matter expert and very personable. Comfortable ride. Learned more than we expected.

Great tour.

Mary_R, Jun 2023
Great guide. So knowledgeable. Lunch reservation was outstanding. Took us to places we probably wouldn’t have visited.

Wonderful Boston primer!

Lynne_D, Apr 2023
Peter was an excellent guide! From time of booking all the way to being dropped off Peter was warm, friendly, funny, informative and a wonderful guide. The three of us (two adults and one history loving 14 year old) came away from the tour with a great understanding of the history in and around Boston. We did this at the start of our stay in Boston and gave us our bearings for the days to come. Highly recommend for anyone wanting and enjoyable day learning much more than you could on your own.

This Day Tour is the Best

Karen_F, Oct 2022
Our day tour of Revolutionary Boston, Lexington, and Concord was excellent with Peter Brennan. He was very knowledgeable about the historical events and key locations of this era and also provided interesting lesser known facts about Boston and the area in general. He had a very comfortable way about him and presented information in an understandable and at times entertaining way. I would highly recommend Steve Brennan for the this full day! (6 hours is plenty of time to cover what we wanted to do and see.).

Do not hesitate, just do it.

John_H, Aug 2021
I cannot recommend Peter Brennan and this tour more highly. Peter is a gifted guide and made our entire day easy, informative and fun. He communicated well before the tour, picked us up at our accommodations precisely on time, and we were in his capable hands until drop-off. Peter connected well with us and our teenage sons who were captivated the whole trip. This is an excellent overview of the sites and events leading up to the start of the revolutionary war and allows you to determine places you may wish to return to later for more exploration. Peter has a 'no-problem' attitude that made the whole day very relaxing. Thank you, Peter!
