What are people saying about Charleston

Best tour guide ever!
Evans was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and personable. You should be so lucky to have him as your guide. We learned so much about the history of Charleston and South Carolina. A must do experience when visiting. He probably could teach locals many things about their own city.

Fort Sumter Tour
The Fort Sumter tour was very informative. Very neat to see this piece of history and learn about its role in the Civil war. The tour operators kept it running on time and departures were prompt. I would recommend wearing comfortable shoes as the ground is very uneven at the Fort. They do have a snack bar on board the Ferry, take a credit card and expect long lines if you would like a refreshment.

Fun and interesting!!
We had such a great experience on the Old Town Trolley Tour of Charleston! We were a group of six ranging in age from 25 to 90, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Capt. Matty, was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, entertaining, and genuinely funny. He kept us laughing throughout the tour and even had sound effects that he played over the speakers at just the right moments, which made it even more fun. We learned so much about Charleston’s history while being thoroughly entertained the entire time. It’s not always easy to find something that a group with such a wide age range can all enjoy, but this was a hit with everyone. Capt. Matty really made the experience memorable. Highly recommend the Old Town Trolley Tour and if you’re lucky enough to get Capt. Matty as your guide, you’re in for a treat!

Charleston Brunch Food Tour
We truly enjoyed our Brunch Food Walking Tour. We learned so much through our guide John. He walked us through historic areas of Charleston while enjoying the culture and food of the area. John was very knowledgeable and engaging. We enjoyed classic low country foods such as Shrimp and Grits, Green Tomatoes, and Pimento Cheese. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Charleston.

Charleston tours introduce visitors to the city’s two biggest draws: its heritage and its harbor. Take in the city highlights with a vintage horse-and-carriage ride, go modern with a tour bus, or slow things down with an expert-led walking itinerary. Alternatively, pair culture with cuisine on a historic district food tour. Once the sun sets, the city’s haunted history comes to the fore with ghost tours and spooky pub crawls. Pair your explorations on land with a harbor excursion, whether it’s a ferry to Fort Sumner or a harbor cruise for daytime sightseeing, sunset drinks and dinner, and wildlife spotting.
