Absolutely stunning scenery. Not to be missed.

Connor did a great job driving and describing the incredible British Columbia and Yukon territory views are stunningly on touched and goes on mile after mile. The lunch was fine at the wilderness center and we are so glad we took the time to go so deep into the Yukon. The train goes up to the Yukon, but this tour goes into the Yukon for at least an hour. Highly recommend.

Excellent Tour

So glad we chose this tour during our Alaska cruise. We were picked up right at the ship, left on time. Our guide, Ty, was very personable, informed, and very considerate to passenger needs. Very entertaining! The van was clean and comfortable. We have used Viator before and it never fails to exceed our expectations.

Loved the tour and guide!

I loved how knowledgeable our tour guide was about the history. Plus she was funny, friendly, and very helpful. My favorite thing is that we were able to get out and take pics or see better views than just staying on the bus. Those taking the train don't have that option.

This was the best...

This was the best ziplining excursion! I felt safe the entire time & it was so beautiful. The guides were nice, professional, & went above and beyond to make sure you had the best experience. Savannah was fantastic! She was personable, friendly, & we could tell she loved doing her job. The tour bus guide Chris was so knowledgeable about Alaska & made the ride up the mountain extremely enjoyable.

Incredible. Book this tour!

Five stars! An incredible day exploring the breathtaking Tongass forest and Laughton glacier. The hike was very manageable for us and we loved spending time exploring the glacier. Lunch, snacks and equipment were great. Austin was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and a joy to spend the day with. Fab chats during our hike about anything and everything. If you have limited time in Skagway book this it’s the one excursion you cannot afford to miss!

Fun in Skagway!

This was a wonderful tour and our guide was amazing. He explained the differences in the areas we were in. - for example we went through rainforest, then tundra, then a third area that I can’t remember. We stopped for plenty of photo ops. The scenery was picturesque and his sense of humor was refreshing and made the trip enjoyable! The puppies were so adorable! I would definitely recommend this excursion.

A must do!

Comfortable ride, great guide, gorgeous views! It was so nice to be able to stop and take pictures. Daniel shared lots of interesting & fun info. He was so friendly and kind. The Suspension bridge stop was awesome. The view was amazing and the air there was so clear & clean. We were able to get off back in Skagway close to shopping. We were so glad we did this instead of the train. Definitely an excursion worth doing!

Great unique Alaska Excursion

What a fun excursion! Our guide was Paul E and he made the trip both fun and educational. Our teenage boys even listened to him!! The dogs are amazing. You learn so much about the animals, the history and the sport. We would have gladly spent more time with the puppies. Don't hesitate to book this - you won't regret it.

Puppies, puppies and more puppies!

We had a great time on this tour. They had 3 litters of puppies, 1 litter of Alaskan huskies and 2 litters of foster puppies. Total of 15. There was a small gift shop with snacks and a few other things that takes credit cards. They also had a treat jar that you can buy dog treats 4 for $1 cash. This version of the trip does not include the ride on the cart pulled by the dogs - everyone else on our bus had booked that version. They all did that-we had more puppy time! We were still invited to listen to the talk about gear, training and the Iditarod. Our guide Grace was very good. We enjoyed her stories of life in Alaska. She also knew great places to stop for photos. We didn’t have any trouble finding the meeting point. The tour company sent detailed instructions.

A Private and Flexible alternative to the Train

This was a very nice private tour that works as an alternate to the train ride, but with more flexibility and the ability to spend more time at places along the way. We left the boat early and had lunch in town, then Tom picked us up from there for the tour at noon. We saw some goats on the mountains and a bear or two, and lots of beautiful countryside. This was a comfortable and nicely paced tour, and we all enjoyed the experience.
