Bad start but Outstanding Tour

Finding the starting place was very difficult but once we got the right address and found Segway Tours (we did a golf cart tour) Heidi (our guide) was very kind and helpful. She was fabulous! Heidi was very knowledgeable and gave great stories and encouraged us to keep drinking water which she provided! Highly recommend.

Great overview of Scottsdale and its food scene

Had a fantastic time on the Scottsdale food tour yesterday. Christopher was a great guide and shared lots of interesting information about the history of Scottsdale as we walked through Old Town. I really enjoyed all the food along the way, especially the tacos. I learned a lot more about tacos than I ever expected to. A really fun afternoon and a great way to experience Scottsdale.

It was a rush. At first, there's a little anxiety not knowing what to expect. When you fall forward into the wind tunnel, it is like WOW. I am flying high. The staff sre knowledgeable, personable and friendly. They put you at ease. They show you everything you need to know to be comfortable falling forward and just letting the wind take you up.

First time in AZ for both of us. Excellent tour our guide was so knowledgeable. We all wore ear buds and our guide had a mic so he could talk as we rode. He would guide us with directions, speed changes. Sometimes he would pull for breaks and explanations. The paved. paths are easy to ride. Bikes in great shape. Helmets provide in excellent shape. Worth the drive! From the PHX area expect 90-120mins van ride. Comfortable captains chairs to enjoy the views enroute. There is a planned rest stop for bathrooms and snacks along the way. Appreciated! Sedona sites were well thought out for this tour. Plenty of time to see each location with a healthy duration lunch stop in the middle to eat and walk around the markets of Sedona. This was a wonderful...

This was a wonderful tour, but a very long day! Well worth it though, the weather was perfect, which we understand doesn't happen all the time, lunch was very good and the tour operator was very knowledgeable, The one downside was that we weren't picked up at our hotel, which Viator indicates on their website that you will be. We had to drive about 20 minutes to meet our tour guide, and then of course had to drive back to our hotel at the end of a long trip.

Honestly so fun, more so than I expected! Taylor’s energy was great and he really took great care of us. This was such a fun activity to do with a birthday group, long enough but not too long where you get bored. He even catered to our favorite types of bars/things we were looking for.

Definitely Recommend

We had a great ride with our guide Karson! My husband is not a hiker, so this was a great way to check out the desert. At our stops, Karson took pictures, answered questions and provided information on the area. The Honda ATVs were fun to drive. The helmet and googles provided were clean. Would definitely go again with Desert Monsters!
