A soul improving and necessary visit for anyone visiting NYC.

A very moving day of somber respect and quiet in an otherwise crazy busy city. The memorial is a beautiful creation and the museum creates the environment to consider many things - the events of that day remembering the fallen, the courage and resilience and horror they faced, and contemplate what is really important in this day and age. For me that is love and time spent with family, because “tomorrow” is promised to no-one. Our guide James was excellent - who also shared his personal experience as a 6 year old child on that day. One of the docents in the museum was a firefighter that day. Talk to them too. I witnessed it all on a TV screen. This was a whole new look at the reality. I won’t tell you this visit was all easy, but this visit was necessary to complete my experience of a day I’ll never forget.

We had an awesome tour down the Hudson River! Rachel was so amazing! She was so knowledgeable, personable and funny! Her stories were interesting and ones I’d never heard. I also loved the size of the ship, not too large and crowded. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing

We boarded at 6.45pm the boat left st dead in 7pm. WOW WOW WOW we kept this until the last night and the views if this gorgeous city did not disappoint. The most was clean with seating both in and out once it's moving you xan go stand outside at the very front of the boat (I would definitely recommend doing this as you get to the statue of liberty) Some if the best views EVER . There is a bar and you can buy food we didn't just out of choice we were eating later on. This strip did not disappoint it was amazing.

Every thing was nice we enjoyed it.

Some of the workers are rude they need customer service. I needed the code so they can scan it and the color woman who guide me was not so nice . She had long braids and was rude .The one that help me at the desk was nice and helpful . Needs more attention to customer service.

Relaxing Ride and Tour

It can get crowded so I would recommend arriving 30 min before it takes off if it matters to you where you sit. It was not crowded for me on a Friday 1p tour. My family loved sitting outside on top level. Relaxing and enjoyed Debbie and her tour. Beautiful close up of Lady Liberty from all sides. I would recommend. We did the 50 min ride and it was perfect!

A great way to see Central Park!

What an amazing trip! Joe was full of knowledge and really engaging. We did the two hour tour - he explained all about the park and each individual place we stopped at. We were given plenty of time to explore and he willingly took photos of us at the stop sights. What a genuine lovely guy - thanks Joe. Would thoroughly recommend!

Fun!

Beautiful boat tour for all ages. I would do it again. I have been visiting the city all my life and I had never gone to see the Statue of Liberty. I brought 2 of my kids ages 13 and 5 and we really enjoyed it. I hate tourist traps and I hate over paying for tours. This was 90 minutes and we all enjoyed it. Probably the max time for my 5 year old. Thank you for having us.

Moving experience

Visiting the 9/11 memorial museum is a MUST when visiting NY. It was one of the most powerful, moving experiences of my life. The museum has been completed with such empathy for all the lives lost and affected by the atrocities of that fatal day. We should never be allowed to forget.

Amazing city view

It was great ! We were able to get right up to the deck and see what we wanted to see of the city . I will say there isn’t much seating when you’re up there, so if you are someone that needs to sit , just be aware. Also if you want to go up to the 102 floor you have to go all the way back down to get a ticket for that upgrade

The Perfect Half-Day Introduction to Manhattan

On a rainy, foggy Monday, I opted for an afternoon bus tour to get a comprehensive overview of Manhattan’s highlights. Since I had only one day to explore the city, this half-day tour was the perfect choice. Our tour guide, Arun, was exceptionally knowledgeable and did a wonderful job connecting New York’s rich history with current events, making the city come alive through his storytelling. The bus was completely full, with every seat occupied, but the air conditioning provided a welcome escape from the heat and humidity. We made several short stops at major points of interest, along with convenient restroom breaks that also turned into great opportunities to take photos. Overall, it was an excellent way to experience Manhattan in a limited amount of time, and I would highly recommend this tour.

I'm absolutely terrified...

I'm absolutely terrified of heights, I was absolutely terrified to go on all though adamant that I wasn't going to miss the opportunity whilst in NY. I can honestly say the edge observation deck is more scary. The pilot was very smooth through out the whole flight and even through you are much higher than you are on the observation deck it felt much more safe. 100% recommend doing it and I'd definitely do it again.
