Must do tour!

Scott_H, Aug 2026
Bri, was great and her knowledge and history of Charleston was first class. Her story telling fitted the four description.

Response from Host, Aug 2026

We love to hear that! Thanks so much for taking a walk with us on your vacation!

The ghost of Poogan

Roy was an awesome storyteller. We walked around Charleston listening to his stories about both the history and ghost that have haunted restaurants, churches and houses. I would highly recommend this ghost tour to anyone visiting Charleston.

Response from Host, Aug 2026

Fantastic! We love hearing things like this and are so glad you enjoyed your walk with us!

Funny, entertaining evening for two

What a fantastic serendipitous evening: we booked last minute (only about an hour and a half ahead of time when our booking for a different tour fell through)… When we arrived at the meeting point, we found out that even though the booking was last minute and we were the only two people, Paul had nonetheless rushed down to meet us in order to give the tour. Paul wad engaging, witty, an excellent storyteller, and all-around exceptional ambassador for the culture, history, and quirky stories of Charleston (we even spent the evening competing to see who could work in the most groan worthy puns into the conversation). Would highly recommend.

We are so glad to hear it and we will be sure to pass along to Paul! Thank you for walking with us on your vacation!

Fun and informative!

We had a wonderful tour with Bree! She had many interesting stories that were indeed scary and fun. One note - even if the tour ticket says 80 Broad - you need to meet your guide in the park next door.

Response from Host, May 2026

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your walk! We will make a note of the directions, as well!

First Ghost Tour

Definitely had some creepy stories, most were completely new to us. We had heard one at an earlier event. The last story was the creepiest and made me glad it wasn't yet dark when we did it.

Response from Host, Nov 2025

Love it, we are so glad to hear it!

Great stories; I...

Great stories; I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and my 13, 11 and 7 year olds were captivated and still talking about the stories. (Bri is flexible and caters to her audience) It was an evening well spent.

Love it!

More historical than ghostly but great!

Sara was great! Funny, friendly, down to earth, and definitely shared stories that moved us. So specific, articulate and really explained it in a way, that we could describe them after this trip & well enough to share with others.

Sarah did an awesome job. We had our 8 year old daughter with us and she was able to focus more on the history and tone down the fright. She was very knowledgeable and we all walked away with a better understanding of the history and some spooky facts!

Response from Host, Oct 2022

We are glad to hear it! Most folks love the history intermingled with some ghost stories! Have a safe trip back home.
