What are people saying about Boston

Great tour!!! Don’t miss. Very funny!!
It was what we expected. It was like a good comedian from the neighborhood. He told different type of history then other tours. It was history if the neighborhood from a guy that grew up there. Warning- don’t be worried if he is a few minutes late and DONT call or text him about being late. He will know. lol!!! But actually him calling me out ( because I texted when he was two mins late) was the funniest part of the tour. And he took us to really good food places, local and family owned.

Batter up!!!
Not being a big baseball fan, this was completely worth it. Fun and informative, really awesome to walk around such a historic venue and learn about the team and city around it!!! Our guide was super enthusiastic and knowledgeable, recommend 100% and may even follow more baseball now…

Elizabeth was a fantastic...
Elizabeth was a fantastic guide for our family of 4. She made the food and history approachable for all ages. The kids loved meeting Chef Bob and holding the lobsters. We all had different favorite stall at Boston Public Market and the pizza and cannoli in the north end were all around hits. Elizabeth was great at knowing when the kids were ready to head to the next stop and when they needed a walking break. She also found scenic spots for us to enjoy our bites.

Stay with Small Tour Groups.
A small group tour is the best. There are many tour group companies competing for space during the walk. Some groups have guides with loud microphones explaining the history of Boston to 30+ people. Our guide, David P. was knowledgeable, patient, and a delightful expert of the region. Tour group max was 16. We had 14. An excellent experience. Bring water, comfortable shoes, tip $, and a plan for returning back to your car. Return: walk, ferry + walk, or... we got a $20 Uber back the Boston Commons. Parking: Underground garage at the Commons (Charles St.), $30 for 3+ hours.

Boston’s revolutionary past, elegant architecture, scenic harbor, and great food make a potent mix. Topping the history agenda are tours of the Freedom Trail, a 16-point route around the city’s American Revolution sites, followed by hop-on hop-off trolleys, boat-and-bus combos, and harbor cruises that deliver varying perspectives on the city, old and new. Next come special-interest Boston tours: Explore the Tea Party Ships museum, Cambridge’s Harvard campus, and baseball’s Fenway Park; savor the city's beloved seafood and Italian-inspired dishes; and join ghost-themed trolley rides. Then, if time allows, cast your net wider by heading to nearby Salem or Martha’s Vineyard.
