What are people saying about Tuscany

Cincy in Florence
This was an excellent experience the walk there was amazing as well right next to the Arno river. We made two types of pasta. One was a ravioli, and the other was a wide pasta or the Bolognese had several types of wine you could drink as much as you want. Everyone was social and interacting. The only thing I don’t recommend is wearing black as there’s a lot of flour, be careful as well. The floor can get very slippery, but it was a lot of fun. I would consider I don’t miss opportunity.

A highlight of our trip
This was a wonderful experience! One of the true highlights of our trip. Silvia was warm and welcoming and encouraging as she guided us through making ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu. Such a pleasure to learn how to make pasta by hand, and my daughter and I are looking forward to making pasta and tiramisu again when we get home. Highly recommend this experience!

Best night ever!
Wonderful experience! Narghess is the best! She made the whole night fun. This is a true hands on experience (with help when you need). We made ravioli, fettuccine and tiramisu. Lots of Prosecco during the class and wine with dinner. After you make your pasta the kitchen cooks it and the whole class has dinner together. Truly a fun evening and very worth it!

Pizza and Gelato class by...
Pizza and Gelato class by local chef. Super fun, really entertaining and tasty. The chef guides you through the whole pizza making process from scratch with local quality ingredients. While we waites for the dough to rise we made some delicious chocolate gelato.

Not seeing something you are looking for?

Ready to roll your own pasta and master nonna’s classic recipes, like pici with local pork ragu and tortelli filled with ricotta and fresh herbs? Tuscany cooking classes are hosted everywhere from major cities like Florence to quaint farmhouses in the countryside, so you can get in the kitchen for a hands-on experience no matter where you’ve planned your trip. While private courses are widely available, group lessons are popular for their free-flowing wine and the convivial meal shared at the end of class.
