Highly recommend this private Horse and carriage Christmas Lights ride through Central Park and then down 5th Ave. It was truly breathtaking. Our driver, Atakan, was absolutely fabulous. He was super kind, took pictures of us on the carriage at a couple of stops, and gave us information on the places we passed by. The ride was smooth, comfortable and very relaxing. He even let my daughter connect to the speaker to play music!! She loved that! The kids also got to feed the horse, Freddy, when we got back to the drop off location. It was PHENOMENAL!! Highly recommend!!

Mohammad was a brilliant guide and was really friendly.
He was waiting ready for us when we arrived.
We Had a blanket to keep us warm and even had a bit of Christmas music playing which was lovely. Michelle the horse was absolutely beautiful the carriage was spotless.
We really enjoyed the whole experience and highly recommend to do this when visiting New York especially at Christmas time.
We had lots of opportunities to have our pictures taken which look fabulous even at the tree and got to see the light show at jacks.
Thank you so much we will be doing the same next year when we visit.

The driver was so friendly and knowledgeable and our horse, Salvador, was strong yet gentle. The sights themselves can’t be beat. Best way to see the city - especially during the Christians season.

Mohamed was great. He had a lot of knowledge about Central Park and made sure we got to see the music & lights at Sak’s. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ending our big NYC trip with this carriage ride.

Muhammad and Victor (his beautiful horse) provided a wonderful and magical ride through the lights of NYC. He made sure to pause so we had the best view of the Saks light show and pointed out the sights along the way. The warm blankets were especially welcome on a very chilly day.

Booking through Viator was about double what it would have cost for us to have just gotten the carriage on our own as it is priced on their carriages. So I was pretty disappointed that it felt like a bit of a scam booking this way. However, I guess that is my own fault. Just disappointing overall.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify that Central Park tours and Rockefeller Center tours have different pricing. Rockefeller Center routes are more limited, and only a certain number of carriages are permitted to operate in that area.
In addition, horses and drivers assigned to Rockefeller Center tours receive special training due to traffic conditions, crowds, and route complexity.
Our pricing reflects these factors, and we always strive to keep our rates competitive while providing a high level of service, safety, and professionalism.

Our tour guide Niko was so nice and helpful, he provided us with 2 blankets for the cold weather as well as stopped mid ride to take a photo of us in front of the big tree at Rockefeller center! He also had a Bluetooth speaker for us to play music and even let us feed the horse carrots at the end of the tour!!

Muhammed was super nice and provided multiple picture opportunities for us. He also gave us a lot of information about Central Park and other sites we saw along the way. At the end he let us feed the horse carrots!

Had a wonderful evening carriage ride to see the Christmas lights on Christmas evening. Atakan was our driver and Freddie was our horse. Atakan did an awesome job showing us the window displays and light shows. Great vantage point without being in the crowds. My husband and I were given a blanket to keep warm in the temps and the selected Christmas music was perfect. Atakan took our photo while in the carriage and got to take a few pics with Freddie afterward and even fed him a couple of carrots. It was the quintessential NYC experience. Highly recommend! A must do activity. Thank you Atakan & Freddie!

This carriage ride is a must! The sights were so beautiful and the music on the carriage ride was fantastic. I love holiday music. Our driver was Michelle, I mean the horse, she was so sweet! Omer was our driver and Victor was our horse. Highly recommend. Felt like celebrities in his carriage! It was amazing. Best way to spend Christmas Eve night, through Central Park then to Rockerfeller Center! He even took our pictures with Victor before the ride and let us feed him.

Joseph and Freddy were AMAZING. Horse (Freddy) was very energetic but calm. Freddy would let you pet him. Joseph had amazing customer service, very friendly and a great tour guide. I would definitely recommend Jospeh and Freddy to anyone. Thanks again for making this such a great experience..

This was our highlight. Enjoying a ride through a crowded streets in NYC to see the lights and enjoying each other without stress. Muhammad was amazing and took us to the places we requested. His horse was Michelle she was a sweetheart. Highly recommend to do this the end of the night before heading back to your hotel
