South Beach Food & Fun Art Deco Miami Food Tour was great! Alan did an amazing job! He is very knowledgeable about Miami history and Miami today. His food choices were great and tied nicely into Miami history. Good mix of walking and eating. My wife and I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Great mix of history and food and drinks and fun. Ariel was a wonderful and very knowledgeable guide that allowed us to ask questions and took time at each of our spots. Food is fantastic!!! Nothing disappointing and they were even great at substituting a chicken sandwich for my husband who cannot eat the Cuban sandwich due to ham.

This was enjoyable from the moment we were picked up at the cruise port. Our guide, Walker, was in communication with us from early in the morning until he arrived at the port. The driving parts of the excursion were very interesting. The walking parts of the excursion were fascinating, including the spots to try some food items. The boat part of the excursion was fun, even if we had just come from a large cruise ship onto a small boat. The airport drop-off was smooth.

An outstanding tour in every way. Full of information and history about Miami Beach. The guide brought a lot of personal detail and passioninto her stories. No criticisms, and one hopefully constructive comment: please move during the discussions, standing in one spot can be very tiring.

Fun! Different experience and view from the air was amazing! The pilot was very familiar with the area and able to answer lots of questions. The sunset in the air was AMAZING!! Christian got the plane off the ground ao smoothly - it was fantasy! Landing was unbelievably smooth too!! Way different than commercial flying experiences!

Ryan was our tour guide and he was fantastic - professional, funny and amazingly knowledgable about the geology, history, biology and ecology of the Everglades. The tour is packed with info from the beginning to the end and is top-notch all the way through. Even lunch was delicious and at a restaurant on the water. We loved every minute of it and learned so much. Our wet walk was truly wet and we were hiking up to our hips in water so be prepared - but the vendor provides wet shoes if you do not bring your own and there is a place to rinse off and change if needed. The airboat ride was interesting view of the grasslands and the boat tour of the 10,000 islands area was given by a local who knew the area so well. All day was handled professionally and with humor and was the most enjoyable day we have spent in south Florida this trip. Definitely do this tour if you want to actually get to know the diverse ecosystems of the Everglades area.

The best boat tour I ever had! And, I had quite a few! Just enough people. Not crowded at all. The captain (Jimmy) and his crew are fantastic! This was two storied boat with ample leg space to move around! It also covered a lot of distance! Some other boats we found was over crowded and also had covers all around! Not the best option for these kind of tours! Loved our Fiesta boat tour!

Even with the setbacks during our evening, the potential of this experience is evident, and I believe most guests will find it both entertaining and informative when led by the right guide. In the end, while our personal experience wasn’t ideal, Miami Haunts’ swift and professional response left a very positive impression. They treated us with courtesy, listened to our feedback, and resolved the issue quickly. For that reason, I can still recommend this company to others who want to experience the haunted side of Miami, knowing they are in the hands of a team that values customer satisfaction and stands behind their tours.
