This was one of the best walking tours we have ever been on . Star of the show , other than the fascinating buildings which we saw, was undoubtedly our guide Rick . He was so enthusiastic , informative and entertaining - a real showman who kept us interested throughout the 2 1/2 hours which seemed to fly by .Brilliant !

James was a wonderful tour guide who combined the history of how Miami Beach came to exist with information about how to identify traits of an historic art deco building. He also provided recommendations for additional sights to see in the area and where to find places to eat. It was a great way to see the South Beach area, enjoy the sunshine, and learn new things!

We had a great time learning about the neighborhood and the Cuban culture with angel. He is a true local and knows the history and local businesses. It was a great experience from the history of the Bay of Pigs and neeting one of the former prisoners to trying the local fare. You will learn and see so much more than going on your own.

Very enjoyable tour! Rene did a fantastic job sharing his passion and knowledge about cigar making and cigar culture. From the hands on feel and smell of the various leaves to the roller and making process, well worth the visit! Some coffee and pastries to boot! Thanks Rene!

My wife and I recently took part in the Menace, Murder & Malice: Miami Ghost Tours by Miami Haunts. While our particular tour experience didn’t meet expectations, I want to highlight how professional and responsive the company was in addressing our concerns. That level of accountability speaks volumes about a company that truly stands behind its product. Despite the issues we encountered with our guide, the overall ambiance of the tour was captivating. The walk through the heart of South Beach at night offered a unique perspective of the city’s art deco architecture, glowing lights, and historic charm. The route itself was enjoyable, taking us past iconic landmarks like the Versace Mansion and The Betsy Hotel, and giving us the chance to explore parts of the neighborhood we might have otherwise missed. The concept behind the tour is outstanding, blending Miami’s rich history with its mysterious legends and local folklore. Even with the setbacks during our evening, the potential of this experience is evident, and I believe most guests will find it both entertaining and informative when led by the right guide. In the end, while our personal experience wasn’t ideal, Miami Haunts’ swift and professional response left a very positive impression. They treated us with courtesy, listened to our feedback, and resolved the issue quickly. For that reason, I can still recommend this company to others who want to experience the haunted side of Miami, knowing they are in the hands of a team that values customer satisfaction and stands behind their tours.

A great introduction to the Art Deco style of South Beach. Tour guide Damian is superb. He is an artist himself and a member of the local preservation society. You will leave better understanding the significance of the design elements of the art deco style. Damian also is very knowledgeable about culture and history. He also prepares a pocket sized map guide to key attractions in the area. It was very hot when we did the tour but the guide was considerate to bring us indoors and also provide cold water. I left with a greater appreciation for preservation.

Great tour! Noel was our guide and he provided a lot of really great insight while entertaining the adults, our 16 year olds and 8 year old. Unexpected stop was an Indian place (I forget the name) but it was a pleasant addition because it was delicious! The food stops were on point and the art was magnificent. Highly recommend!

This was such a great experience. Little Havana has an authentic vibe. Mariela gave a personal and welcoming touch on the tour. She was from Cuba and had great knowledge of the history. I think what made it special was how passionate she was for her culture and her heart to share it with others. The food was amazing and a great value for the cost! Come hungry! Highly recommend this tour of Little Havana. Thank you!
