As stated in our Viator policy, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are not permitted. Booked this tour back in July and have been waiting anxiously for the day to finally arrive. Last night it was supposed to happen. Only it didn’t. Forgot to bring my ID (my fault in the excitement and since I’m not from the area and was thrown off grabbing it since I didn’t need car keys or house keys and I don’t carry a purse). Checked the tickets on the way there, didn’t say it was required. Checked the screenshots from booking, didn’t say required. Arrived hopeful that it would still happen since I had the tickets online. (And my friend had his ID). But nope, pilot rude as hell. Just kept asking if I had it. No means no. And asked if I had a picture of it. Again, multiple times of telling him no. Called his manager to tell me I couldn’t continue, fine, whatever. Waiting on my friend to come back from bathroom to see what to do so I set the phone down and pilot upset that I didn’t hand it to him. Stormed off before we could try to see how to remedy the situation. Worst experience. Do NOT recommend.

Do not Book!! Our flight traveling to Miami was delayed hence we wouldn’t make it on time; they refused a refund and wanted to charge 60% for a reschedule. Whether you sick or dying they won’t give you your money back under no circumstances if you aren’t able to make the meeting. Do not book!! No refund policy

Pilot was not holding good attitude to us

The view was undoubtedly spectacular. We loved the ride. But the pilot Sergio (don’t know if I spelled it wrong) was not at all friendly. Firstly, he didn’t even greet us nicely. Never introduced us until we were taking off. Didn’t speak a word with us until the flight took off. He was holding some grumpy attitude. If we asked him anything related to the places, he had some weird irrelevant answers to give. Didn’t like his way of dealing with his passengers at all. So my poor ratings are for the pilot!

Amazing experience

Sergio was an excellent pilot who was very courteous with everything we did. Took several pictures and videos of us before and after the flight. He would explain what neighborhoods we were flying over and was just an absolute gem. Definitely recommend! You get to bring your bottle of apple cider and glasses onto the plane and get to talk to each other through headsets. 10/10 recommend!

Trip was canceled I want a refund You should have called me and told me you were going to cancel. I spent $90 on a Uber to go there to be told “sorry” Horrible experience Cancellation is understandable but not notifying me ahead of time and making me come there as well as no refund NOT ACCEPTABLE I notified American Express to dispute this charge
