Wonderful Experience!

We booked the afternoon tour so that we could have an earlier dinner ahead of our early morning the next day. Pedro and Pedro were a fantastic team. They were highly attentive and great at making us comfortable and the experience very enjoyable. They were full of history and we learned so much (and saved our legs from a trip to Belem and sites in that area). I highly recommend, especially if it is your first time to Lisbon and you have limited time like us!

Amazing Portuguese experience!

We had Luis for our driver. He was knowledgeable, funny, kind, and had the best recommendations. We really enjoyed our time. The trip was the perfect balance of activity and relaxing at meals. My only advice is to wear walking shoes, eat seabass in Cascais, and take lots of photos!

This was by far our group's favorite activity our whole trip. The boat was very relaxing and the staff were amazing! It did get a little chilly at the very end so I would recommend bringing a sweatshirt. If you want the best seats on the boat, I recommend arriving early and getting a spot at the beginning of the line. We felt finding the dock was very easy with the directions given to us. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to do it!

The boat tour was the highlight of our trip! It's more of a party boat than a tour, but I'd definitely recommend it. There was lots of dancing, great music, and good vibes all around. You also got a great view of the bridge and other sites. Great value for money!

One of the best tours I’ve ever booked on Viator and I’ve done a lot of them. It was beautiful and relaxing and the Portuguese hosts were super engaging and never let your wine glass get less than half full. I’ve had alot of tours in other countries led by foreigners who don’t really know the local history, so it’s always great to have actual local tour guides. This was my last night in Lisbon as a solo traveler and the first time on my trip that I felt engaged and connected with other people. I can feel awkward with strangers but this was super comfortable because that’s the environment they set. Would recommend 10/10.

Incredible Tour. Like Stepping Into the Past!

This tour was absolutely outstanding! We explored so much, and our guide, Rodrigo C., made the entire experience unforgettable. His knowledge of the Knights Templar was fascinating and he brought history to life in a way that truly felt like interacting with the past. The boat ride to Castelo de Almourol was amazing, and throughout the day Rodrigo was incredibly observant, patient, and considerate. He and his colleagues made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and taken care of. Excellent driver as well. More guides should be like him! The pacing of the tour was perfect, giving us plenty of time to savor each moment. Despite the changing weather, we adapted easily and never missed a thing. We saw so much. From our driver to our guide, Leiticia, our interactions with the people behind Vertente Natural were above and beyond. The kayak trip itself was an unforgettable experience. Leiticia was informative and educational about history of the area and sights. She first told us the route we would take when we were on dry land, but assured us she would be flexible, depending on our wants, since it was just the 3 of us. The beach we stopped at was beautiful! The sea caves were breathtaking. This excursion is a must do for any kayak enthusiast!
